Animation team is brilliant! Clara is amazing and is so very helpful with information. Hotel is lovely!

The animation team were really nice and talkative and the shows were very good and entertaining, I really liked doing the water polo too. Clara and JP were really nice too

I recommend coming to this hotel because the beds are comfey and especially the animation team is the best part all of them are eargetic and happy all the time best one is clara she is nice kind and helpful😉💗💗💗hope this helps.

11 stars and only because Marlyn is here at this Hotel. The food is really good Water slides and Entertainment and to top it off the Animation Team is Brilliant Special shout out to Marlyn 🇿🇦 Playing football with Marlyn was my highlight of this holiday

The hotel is stunning but the rooms are dated. We have had perfume go missing. The drinks are not great but food is lovely. The reps are brilliant - big shout out to Clara, Mel, Petra and Marlyn and JP. They have been brilliant with our kids
would I come again?? I’m not 100% maybe another time of year? the weather wasn’t the best for me but that’s my personal preference
One huge recommendation is the pool needs to be heated. I feel like that ruined our holiday because it was way too cold. Other than that it’s been great.
The pink party was bloody brilliant though!!
