The hotel staff and entertainment (especially Marlyn he is incredible and so friendly and always said hello and checked in on you when he sees you) were all very friendly and very approachable and remembered your name after one time of meeting you, there is always something to do both for family’s and adults!
I’d highly recommend the water polo, everyone is included and it’s great fun!

Great week with the family. Pietra and diego have been brilliant with my kids. Always smiling and giving high fives. Great holiday. Definitely be back. Great animation team
Entertainment team
On our last full day here and dont want to go home!! This hotel is great if your looking for family friendly. Entertainment team work so hard and always smiling. Diego introduced our son to other kids to play football and keeps both kids and adults laughing all day. Pietra is one of the kindest reps we have met on holiday. She was so good with our shy little girl. Always smiling and getting the kids involved with the activities. Thank you for helping make our holiday special!!

The whole experience start to finish has been above and beyond from a of the staff, from the reception desk, shop workers, cleaners and pool staff! I want to mention Marlyn and Bell who have really stood out for our visit. Bringing the vibes and fantastic energy. It’s made our holiday! Genuinely lovely people to be around. The hygiene of the whole hotel has been incredible. Nothing but outstanding. We will 100% be coming back for a revisit. Thank you Cyprotel! You’ve truly outdone yourselves!
