The hotel made an excellent first impression on us. It is a very modern and beautiful hotel with a stunning pool area. Upon our arrival, we discovered a problem with the balcony door in our room. The hotel handled the situation professionally and upgraded us free of charge to a larger room with a sea view, which we greatly appreciated. The food was more than satisfactory—in fact, I would describe it as excellent. Breakfast was a classic continental buffet with scrambled eggs, cold cuts, sausages, fresh bread, Greek specialties, and many other options. Dinner offered a wide variety of delicious, high-quality dishes every evening. We really have nothing to complain about. The entire hotel staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Everyone spoke English very well and always did their best to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The pool area is beautiful and well maintained. The only downside is the usual "sunbed reservation with towels" early in the morning. Although the hotel tries to solve this by removing towels from clearly unattended sunbeds until around 9:00 a.m., the pool area is usually fully occupied by that time. However, there are always plenty of free sunbeds on the beach, which is much quieter. This is not really the hotel's fault but rather the behavior of some guests. The second minor drawback is the entrance to the sea. It is neither sandy nor a typical pebble beach. Instead, there are large stones in the water, so I strongly recommend bringing water shoes. Walking across the hot sand and entering the sea over the rocks is not very comfortable. We stayed here as two families, and all of us were very satisfied with our holiday. Apart from the two minor issues mentioned above, we can highly recommend this hotel. We would like to thank the entire staff for their kindness, professionalism, and excellent service. They made our holiday truly enjoyable.

Best Hotel Rhodes
Special Thanks to Kola from the entertainment team! He encouraged us every day to play volleyball, darts, table tennis, and water aerobics—and best of all, water polo! Had so much fun!
Worth every penny
Second time here. Love how friendly and professional everyone is, from the bartender to the manager to waiters. Good food strongly recommend to try all a lacarte restaurants.
The entertainment team is awesome, Mira is so professional and friendly when it comes to entertainment.
The only issue is that aquagym is outside the hotel in the Waterpark wich doesn't make any sense.

Amazing resort with great facilities, a beautiful atmosphere, and excellent service. A special thank you to Thanos, the bartender. He is an amazing guy who works incredibly hard, is always friendly, and makes every guest feel welcome. His positive attitude and excellent service really made our stay even better. Highly recommended!

I arrived at this hotel not knowing what to expect due seeing some slightly bad reviews. I stayed here for 2 weeks and absolutely loved it. Rooms where clean and spotless, friendly staff and absolute great customer service!
Views of the hotel and beach were absolutely immaculate great location too especially if your considering visiting Old Rhodes Town as its only at 20 minute taxi!
The food and drink choices where incredible and had plenty options to choose from unlike some hotels ive stayed in the past. Bar staff are super friendly and even go the extra mile to remember your drink orders!
The atmosphere of this hotel was so lively and welcoming especially at night when the entertainment was on. Thanks to the animation team they made my experience so much better. Not only because they was working hard but they actually made an effort into getting to know you and building friendships during my time here.
Only cons I would say is the stress of waking up early than usual in the morning to claim sun lounges to avoid sunbed wars due to lack of sun lounges. However it wasnt a major issue because the lovely gentleman who work around the pool and towel section made sure we had sunlounges if there wasnt any left! He was a great help. Overall I would recommend this hotel 10/10! Would 100% return
