- Mr and Mrs White Mykonos

Located on the cosmopolitan island of Mykonos, over the bay of Platis Yalos, Mr. & Mrs. White Mykonos overlooks the beauties of the Aegean sea, offering spectacular views of the bay and the beach.
The hotel is built only 2km from the vivid town of Mykonos and 3km from Mykonos International Airport (JMK). The village of Platis Yalos offers various choices of restaurant, taverns, café bars and shops. The famous beaches of Psarrou and Ornos can be easily reached within a range of 2km.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
We came here on the 30/07 for 4 glorious nights, during the first part of our Greek honeymoon.
First of all I just want to say what an amazing experience we had. From the staff, to the rooms, to the food - it was all lovely. Not to mention the incredible views from the pool and sunbathing deck.
From the minute we were greeted by the staff, we were made to feel very comfortable. The staff go out of their way to help with any queries, also, carrying our very heavy luggage down the stairs for us. They kept us up to date with our transfers etc, without prompting. The receptionist is friendly and helpful & the guys who run breakfast and the pool bar are very accommodating and easy to chat to!
Our room was very traditional - something my husband and I were wanting as it was our first time in Mykonos and my husbands first time in Greece. The beds are comfortable and the room was clean, with daily cleaners and top ups of coffee/tea etc. Fresh towels and linen every 2 days.
The only thing I would say about the hotel is that it’s situated on a rather large hill - which can be hard to climb if you struggle with mobility but if it wasn’t on a hill, there view wouldn’t be as breathtaking as it is. So it has its ups and downs.
To walk into Mykonos town, it takes roughly an hour. My husband and I did this a couple of times, but there are also busses that run every half an hour that take you directly there for 2 euros!
Overall, the staff, the hotel itself and our experience was amazing. Will definitely be booking to go back.
This place is filthy, dishonest, and dangerous. Do yourself a favor: stay far, FAR away. They FALSELY ADVERTISE their rooms and then trap you with zero accountability. This is not just bad service — this is all scam!!!
The photos online are pure fantasy — what you actually walk into is a filthy, run-down nightmare. The first room we were given was disgusting: dirty floors, bare walls, no furnishings, dark bathroom and absolutely nothing like what was advertised. We asked to move immediately, even offering to pay for an upgrade, and were sent to another room.
The second room was even worse. The stench of mold hit us instantly, and it was clearly growing across the bathroom ceiling and walls. When we complained again, the manager flat-out denied it was mold and actually said, “If I wipe it, it comes off.” That’s not how mold works — that’s how lies work.
Within a couple hours trying to decide what we were going to do, both my partner and I felt sick and couldn’t stop coughing. We decided to check out the same day rather than risk staying in that health hazard. And that’s when the manager magically offered a spa room — after swearing there were no other rooms available. So not only do they lie, they lie badly.
To make matters worse, the manager refused to refund us. We now have to take formal action to get our money back — on top of paying out of pocket for another hotel last minute. I've sent multiple emails and only got excuses and lies!!! trying to throw it back on us, and now ignoring my last email. We have proof of the mold and rooms and they still refuse to give our refund. After this, we saw all the reviews below saying the same thing!!
Very difficult access road need to be quite active as very steep rocky road. Nice atmosphere great staff. The bed is against a wall so one person has to get out at the end and no side table. There was no mattress protection and the sheet did not fit the mattress. Not suitable for someone that can’t manage stairs. Beautiful pool area and wonderful breakfast
This hotel was lovely and clean, the rooms, were a great size with balcony and pleasant views of island. If you are not good with steps , this is not the place for you. The rooms have a lovely shower and sink area with coffee pods and a fridge, which is really handy. We were a party of 14 and were accommodated perfectly. The bar staff Harry was an amazing asset to this hotel , polite and ensured we were all happy and looked after with towels and drinks. The food around the pool was perfectly priced and plentiful. The breakfast in the morning was fabulous, so much to choose from hot food, pastries, fresh fruit, cheeses , meats, breads, all self-serve with drinks also included. There is a local mini supermarket within a te minute walk, the only downside is a very steep hill up to hotel, only way to access, I had to stop a couple of times, just due to the steepness. There is also a beach area and beautiful restaurants and shops 10 minutes walk from hotel. If you want to go into mkyonos town it's a 15 mins drive, taxis are very reliable and it is 100% worth the visit, and the younger ones in our party enjoyed the nightlife. I would definitely return to this hotel.
Beautiful pool views. Lovely large comfortable and clean rooms with good facilities. Breakfast amazing. Staff friendly and attentive. Short 5min walk to bus stop to get to Mykonos town - 2 euros 20. 10min walk to walk down to Platis Galios waterfront with many bars and restaurants. Notes - food and drinks generally very expensive (everywhere) Cabs extortionate...40euros for 10min tfr! Be aware of short steep hill to hotel entrance. Very peaceful and relaxing stay.
