Great value, convenient location
Had a nice stay here as part of our Greece vacation, the staff were very welcoming. My room was spacious and very cozy. the breakfast was good. The hotel is located a short walk to the windmills and Little Venice. The front desk booked a day tour for my husband and I and we had the best time. I would highly recommend this place.

Very Basic, literally ok for one night.
Greeted with rude reception staff, only allowed two tea bags a day in your room if you wanted more you have to pay, not allowed to store own milk in room fridge, the water coming out of the shower was yellow! The a/c did not generate any heat constantly cold, the bar was closed couldn’t order a hot drink from the hotel, the power in the room was a joke could not charge anything and if you tried to would take hours on end, walk in shower floods the whole bathroom floor, and when you leave they hit you with the local hotel tax per person per night, the only decent people were the breakfast staff who would go out their way to make you happy! Would I stay there again.. probably not!

Beautiful stay!
We stayed in the family duplex with hot tub and really enjoyed our stay. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The sea view from the room upstairs was great to wake up to. Hotel staff were friendly and the breakfast was great. Easy to set up airport transfer with hotel, although not included. Very close to the bus stop and taxis and very short walk to explore town. I would definitely stay here again.

Annual Mykonos Holiday
Absolutely exceptional stay from start to finish. Impeccably clean with outstanding service and warm hospitality ---every detail was thoughtfully handled. The hotel staff at every level always go above and beyond with genuine hospitality. Every service was delivered with care and precision. Truly one of the best hotel experiences we've had. Highly recommend. We have been coming here for years. Miss Roz and team are best in class!!!
Totally unreasonable cancelation policy - avoid this hotel at all costs
My wife and I were booked here for a two-night stay. We were set to travel by ferry from Athens to Mykonos at 9:00 AM. The night before we were informed via text and email by the ferry company that they were canceling our trip due to a union strike. I looked at airfares to fly to Mykonos and the costs were over $700 for two. The ferry company did offer to get us to Mykonos by midnight the day of our travel or even the next day in the afternoon, but since we only had two nights on the island decided to just come home. We did not want to be stranded on Mykonos due to the strike. This hotel refused to refund our cost of over $500 due to circumstances out of our control, claiming flights were available and even arguing with me about whether the ferries were operating or not.
There are better options on the island and please be aware of this hotel's totally unfair cancelation policy. If we had just decided not to go to Mykonos I would understand but this was outside of our control.
Book this hotel at your peril.
