Beautiful hotel with a great location near the town. The staff were fabulous - very attentive and offered great suggestions for our visit.

Great stay in Mykonos but don't forget LHW benefits
We stayed in this hotel coming back from Antiparos. What we did like: exceptional service especially from Dimitri at the restaurant. Concierge was very reactive and professionnal. We took private transfer from the port which was worth it as they wait for you at the disembarkment. Room is large with beautiful view. Breakfast is of of high quality as well as the pool service. Hotel is very well located within walking distance from Mykonos town where we went each day for dinner. Pool and bar have splendid view on the sea and there is beach near by. Where it could be improved; I am a LHW member (Sterling) and did not get usual benefits on property (welcome card with welcome gift, bottle of wine or champagne, upgrade) neither was recognized as LHW member. It is a pity as I choose hotel based on being LHW member. I hope next time we come we will be recognized as LHW member. Also when I book it seemed that you get better price by booking directly on the hotel website than LHW site, strange. Also in the room toilettries were not properly functioning, to avoid this, there should individual one.

Relaxing
Rooms were very spaces and clean. Very good complimentary drinks in the room. From water, Coke zero, herbal tea and coffee pods. Breakfast was very good, however low on vegetarian and vegan options. The views by the pool were amazing. Very much a tranquil and a relaxing place. If you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing holiday then this hotel is the place. It's a 10min walk into the main restaurant and shops area. The hotel were very attentive. Amazing kind, polite and caring staff. We will definitely go again to Bill and Coo. We also stayed at Cavo Tagoo for 2 nights. But we felt the vibe was very much high energy. Loud at night, especially in the rooms. Bill and Coo is more chill out vibe. Definitely recommend Bill and Coo if you're looking for relaxing vibe and a chill out holiday.
