Very Disappointing Service – No Refund for Broken Paid Amenities.
I booked a room specifically for the Private Whirlpool feature. Even though the in-room whirlpool is explicitly listed in their official description, it was completely out of Service throughout our stay.
The hotel acknowledged this in writing but refused any refund.
Beyond the whirlpool, the overall condition of the property is unacceptable:

Zero Sound Isolation: You can hear every conversation from neighboring rooms and people walking outside.

Uncomfortable & Noisy Bed: The mattress is uncomfortable and the bed frame squeaks extremely loudly with any movement.

The shower curtain cannot be closed.

Outdated Room: Everything in the room is old, worn out, and makes irritating noises.

After using the main swimming pool, both my wife and I suffered skin redness and itching all over our bodies. It clearly seems the pool water is not properly disinfected or sanitized.
It is extremely frustrating to pay extra for premium amenities and receive zero customer support when they fail to work.
I have officially escalated this case to the Greek National Tourism Organization (GNTO).
I strongly advise future guests to avoid this place—what is advertised is not what you get.
Great experience for couples
My partner and I spent five nights here and had an amazing stay. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, making it easy to enjoy quality time together. We especially loved sitting outside in the evenings and enjoying the calm surroundings after busy days on the island.
Perfect base for exploring the island
We wanted a hotel that was close to everything but still quiet enough to relax, and Giannoulaki Hotel delivered exactly that. We spent our days visiting beaches and wandering through Mykonos Town, then returned to the hotel for a swim before dinner. The combination of convenience and tranquility was ideal.
A True Gem
The resort’s charm is unbeatable. Traditional Cycladic design meets modern comfort beautifully. We enjoyed our mornings by the pool and evenings strolling through the well-kept gardens.

The resort combines classic Cycladic architecture with modern amenities flawlessly. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, from restaurant recommendations to poolside service. Just perfect!
