I can give more then 5 * Ludmila she is the best therapist ,i feel excellent after her massage.
Really good all inclusive
This is a really nice hotel. It’s quiet, civilised, well maintained with lovely staff. We were all inclusive but ventured out as it does get repetitive. The food in the main restaurant is excellent. We tried also Argo and, apart from an inconsiderate family with screaming children, couldn’t fault it.
Overall this is not a cheap place to spend a week all inclusive but worth it.
Our room was a swim up one which was nice. Again, well maintained and clean.
Minor gripes, children allowed to run rampant at times when a quiet word would be appropriate. And the no shorts dress code at dinner should be enforced, which it’s not.

Closes to true 5 star stay
We had an absolutely wonderful seven-night stay at this hotel, and we could not have been more pleased with the experience.
The customer service truly exceeded our expectations. Every single member of staff was exceptionally friendly, cheerful, helpful, and genuinely guest-oriented. I cannot emphasize enough how kind and attentive everyone was throughout our stay. The level of hospitality made us feel truly welcome and cared for.
A particularly memorable example of this was when my spouse became ill during our holiday. The hotel went above and beyond by arranging for the necessary medication to be delivered directly to the hotel for us. This was an incredibly thoughtful gesture and meant a great deal to us at a difficult moment.
The entire hotel was exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and aesthetically very pleasing. Everything felt well cared for, and the surroundings were beautiful and inviting.
We also thoroughly enjoyed the All-Inclusive package. The quality of both the food and drinks was excellent, with plenty of delicious choices for both vegetarians and meat-eaters. It was clear that a lot of thought had gone into the selection and quality of the offerings.
For our family, choosing a pool-access room was an excellent decision. As we are a family who enjoys swimming a lot, having direct access to the pool made our stay particularly enjoyable and convenient. We would definitely choose this type of room again.
There is only one area where we would suggest some improvement: the cleaning and maintenance of the swimming pools. We noticed that physical debris was mainly removed using nets, and more thorough cleaning with pool vacuum cleaners or automatic pool-cleaning robots could make a significant difference to the overall cleanliness and water quality. Given how beautiful and well-maintained the rest of the hotel is, we believe investing a little more in pool cleaning would bring the pool areas up to the same exceptionally high standard.
Overall, we had an outstanding holiday and would happily recommend this hotel to others. The exceptional hospitality, beautiful and spotless surroundings, high-quality All-Inclusive experience, and excellent pool-access room made our seven-night stay truly memorable. A huge thank you to the entire team for making us feel so welcome and well looked after!
