Mitsis Ramira Beach

Rooms were lovely and spacious, reception team were very attentive and even rang us on day 1 to see how we were settling in. Location for Kos town was also excellent, we loved renting bikes every day to get into town!

We visited as a couple to celebrate our wedding anniversary. On arrival we had been upgraded to a sea view and what a view it was to wake up to each morning. Room is quite large, nicely furnished and well equipped we love the mini bar. Maids really do clean well the room is absolutely spotless each day. There is a choice of places to eat you will never go hungry here. Our favourite was the waffle crepe bar they are simply delicious and very popular. Both à la carts were fine our anniversary meal at the meat restaurant was lovely. There is a great choice of food and drink and I am very impressed that they have decaff coffee and a choice of non dairy milk too. The staff are just the best a special thx to miltiadis and the team by the main pool bar. He made us laugh daily is very friendly and brings a special ambiance to the pool area whilst providing a first class service to all guests .Reception friendly and efficient. All staff are excellent it’s clear they are well trained and enjoy their work standards are high and consistant. Choice of pools and bars to suit all tastes and cocktails were very good.Enjoyed the entertainment it was varied and good. The whole hotel had a feel of wanting guests to have a great time and should you encounter any issue please speak to reception they will do their best to resolve. We ordered the anniversary package and we had a simply wonderful day yesterday made special by the hotel. The only recommendation I would make is to include decaf coffee on the app menus as I brought my own in case they didn’t provide it. Big thanks to all staff for making this a special holiday for us. Our second visit to a mitsis hotel and I am sure it won’t be our last. Would recommend 100%.

The hotel is located on quieter part of the island. However the old town is easy to acces by bike (you can rent them by the hotel) when we arrived we where welcomed with a refreshing towel and a nice cocktail. We had a very nice room on the top floor watching over the bay/beach. Beautifull sunsets! The food is fresh and variates daily, All employees are very friendly from reception, bars, restaurants and cleaning team. Would suggest to make a reservation for the Italian and Meat a la Cartes, they are both well worth it. Bars are serving delicious premium cocktails and you can snack at the beachbar or eat some waffles pancakes at the other bar. At busy times it can be crowdy in the restaurants, I suggest sitting in the outside "veranda" parts next to the main restaurants, it's often quieter there. The swimming pools are also often crowded and the famous reservating sunbeds with towels is happening daily even there are signs that it's prohibited. Luckily there are a lot of sunbeds at the beach as well so we could always find a spot over there. Would suggest the beach over the pools as it's more relaxing less crowded feeling. Things to improve : Add some extra toilets near the pool, the current amount is very limited. Maybe remove the bathtubs in the rooms and make walk in showers Maybe remove the hedges behind the swimup rooms for a better view?
