My stay experience is fantastic. The hotel is very clean, food fabulous, staff professional and friendly. Big respect for staff working in the swimming pool and the bar. Actually, hotel seems to have good management. Staff working at the reception always smile and very helpful. Students working in the bar and restaurant very focused on their duties. Hotel beach just few metres down from hotel.

All inclusive stay for couple for one week. Hotel Fair to say 4*, food quite good. Stunning outdoor first floor terrace attached to eating area. Can book a la carte restaurant on 3 occasions if you want. We booked it once and didnt bother again. Menu was ok but did not change. All staff were really friendly and helpful. Our room had an amazing sea view towards Turkey. Sadly the aircom was not brilliant. Wi-Fi throughout the hotel and pool area excellent and free. Room had free safe. Tea and coffee in room. Fridge had some soft drinks in but only water topped up. Large twin beds (pushed together) Bathroom good. No paper down toilet like most of Greece. Pool Beautiful and stunning pools with lots of sunbeds and shade areas. I salute the two people who serve drinks in the poolside bar. They do not stop from 10am to 6pm. Absolutely brilliant couple of guys, one woman and one man. All drinks, alcoholic and soft. One point I would note, you can get a voucher from the hotel for a very local bike rental shop. 7€ a day is brilliant and you really do need it to get to Kos each day. Buses very infrequent and taxi more expensive. Very flat ride and safe to leave in Kos all day if you need to. Flat ride into Kos. If you book the Bodrum trip through the hotel, beware the shuttle drops you off on the wrong side of the harbour, walk round to the opposite side and you will see the kiosk where you get your ticket next to the ferry. Our driver dumped us and literally walked away. Not helpful but luckily the whole ferry waited for us. Felt a little guilty but he was also 30 late mins picking us up. Maybe book through someone else not hotel. Lastly there are some young ladies that do pool Zumba, water polo and other activities around the pool area. Full of energy and friendly and add to the atmosphere. Top pool has music playing around it or quieter lower pool for whichever you prefer. I prefer noisy atmosphere. To finish. Yes 4*, friendly staff, amazing pool area, great drinks package, hire bikes!
