This splendid hotel is perched right on the beach just outside of Kos, offering views to the shimmering Aegean Sea. The town's bustling port is only ten minutes away by car, offering ferries to Kalymnos, Rhodes and Leros, and those who enjoy history and culture might sightsee at the Roman Odeon and the castle by the port, just ten minutes from the hotel. Families can enjoy use of the two pools and children's pool, tennis court, and games room, while couples might relax in the spa with indoor pool, sauna, hot tub and massages, or relish a more adventuresome holiday with Padi diving lessons, adventure sports and horseback riding. The spacious rooms and suites are tastefully decorated and feature wonderful mountain or sea views, and the four trendy in-house restaurants and four bars serve mouth-watering Greek and Italian cuisine, all for a spectacular island getaway. Kindly note that a dress code (min. 3/4 trousers) apply for gentlemen in the evening.

This review is purely based on Sofia the therapist in the spa and the treatment. Absolute best facial and massage i have ever had. Ask for Sophia. She is the best.

DO NOT BOOK HERE
⭐ 1 STAR – HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, ILLEGAL TREATMENT
Title: DO NOT BOOK HERE – They lie, downgrade you illegally and leave you stranded at night
I booked and fully paid £4,800 in advance for a 5‑star stay at Kipriotis Panorama & Suites for 3 people. When I arrived at 1:45 AM with my family, without any warning or explanation, reception told me my booking was cancelled and they would move me to a lower‑category 4‑star hotel instead.
I explicitly refused this illegal downgrade, but they gave me no help, no proper solution, and left me waiting in the lobby for hours in the middle of the night. They lied about the Tourist Police not existing, refused to contact authorities,
This is a clear breach of contract and consumer law. They do not respect their guests, they do not honour confirmed paid bookings, and they try to take advantage of people arriving late and tired.
I am now pursuing full refund + compensation for the distress and damage to my holiday through my bank, booking platform and official authorities.
Absolutely disgraceful service. If you value your money and your holiday, stay far away

Hotel was lovely, cleanliness is superb, variety of food in the buffet for breakfast an meals, just wow. Fresh fruit, salad and variety of meats. Micail at the Souvlaki bar was brilliant, chicken gyros and plenty of meat, hard working and always friendly. Location of the hotel is great with beach on your door step and again another bar for you to use, so need to carry water/drinks. Would highly recommend, Kos town is a 45min walk or short taxi with scooters available also for travel. This is our first stay in Kos and we are only half way through the holiday, it's been all and more that we expected.
