Brilliant
The animation crew were absolutely brilliant! Made my 3 year old feel so special and made such a good effort. Flourless performances every night. Big shout out to Hope who made such an effort with everyone would definitely come back just for the entertainment! 🩷
Made beautiful family memories and feel totally relaxed
We had the most brilliant family holiday with our two daughters aged 8 and 6, mum in law and husband. We made beautiful memories. The hotel staff are friendly, it’s clean, the range of food is fantastic, the all inclusive drinks aren’t fantastic but fine and you can pay for premium if you wish. The animation team are great and there’s a different them every night, the kids were mesmerised. The pools were gorgeous - the infinity pool by the beach was our favourite and more subbed available than the main pool. The only things that weren’t great for me were it’s not a great location for runners - it’s not great running on the beach as there are sand bags everywhere so I had to run along the road a few times and the gym is tiny and air con doesn’t seem to be working in there but apart from that superb, the rooms were spotless and well appointed. Loved the location, we hired a car for a few days and exploited the island. Really recommend visiting Zia a village on the foothills of the mountain and then we climbed Dikeos Mountain! Beautiful! Thank you Smy Kos! Highly recommend we feel truly relaxed!
Smy hotel & Zografina
We had a fantastic stay at SMY Hotel in Greece. The service was excellent throughout our trip, with the staff always friendly, welcoming and attentive.
A special mention has to go to Zografina, who went above and beyond to make our stay even more enjoyable. Her kindness, professionalism and lovely personality really stood out and made our trip that little bit more special.
Overall, a wonderful experience and a hotel we would happily recommend!

The staff is nice, especially Regina and Ilias are really child-friendly.
Outstanding service and clean grounds, but dining options need improvement
We overall enjoyed our stay at Smy Beach & Splash. The estate is exceptionally well kept and clean, and the rooms were perfectly fine for our stay. A special mention has to go to the staff—they were excellent, extremely friendly, and always eager to help wherever they could. In particular, the animation/entertainment team was incredible. The ladies running it work flat out from morning to night to ensure everyone has a great time, whether by the pool during the day or at the evening shows. We also really appreciated the resort's commitment to sustainability with their no-single-use-plastic policy. The main facilities were a hit with the kids—the splash park is good, and the pools are lovely, though the lower pool is on the smaller side. The children’s playground, however, is very basic and could definitely use an upgrade. The biggest letdown of the trip was the food and drink. There was not much choice in terms of dining facilities, and the quality of the food and drinks overall was disappointing. The drinks in particular did not taste nice, which was a shame given how great the rest of the hospitality was. Summary: If you are looking for friendly service, top-notch entertainment, and clean pool facilities, this is a great resort. Just keep your expectations low when it comes to the dining and beverage options.
