Regina thank you for Your help
Our stay was perfekt. The Rooms Could be cleaner but its ok. Regina the guest experience Manager is lovely. Our son was always happyto see her. The Food was also not The best. It was international and we are used to Balkanand turkish. The splashwas great.
Regina the true gem of SMY
Our stay was good id say. We had only 2 problems. 1 the room was not so clean and they didn’t change our towels so often and 2. The food was not so good, the kids buffet was full of spices and mostly fries and nuggets. On the positive side Regina is a true gem. Our kids loved her and the splash was also great. The night show was also great

An amazing stay from start to end. The night shows could be a little earlier though because our kids wanted to sleep early...The guest experience manager is lovely and a true help.

Our experience is perfect. Regina from the guest experience team is very helpful.
Stay end of july
We find the staff very helpful and Ragina helped us when we were unable to find sun beds, and solved the problem promptly. But it is a problem getting sunbeds even waking up very early, as people put there towels out the night before. The complex is very clean, and food is good too. The selection of free drinks is not to my taste, but pay for ones I like. The entertainment is good too.
