Built in the island architecture style, the resort, which is situated next to the beach, comprises of a main building and several bungalows. Facilities of the hotel include an impressive lobby with a reception, lifts and an internet corner. Free Wi-Fi is available all over the resort as well as a great variety of sports facilities. In addition, the hotel offers room service, a hairdresser, jeweller, mini market and a small boutique. There are also 7 bars and 3 à la carte restaurants. Medical services are available on request. Younger guests may let some steam off in the children's playground.

Perfect Hotel
The perfect hotel. Wonderful facilities maintained to the highest standards. Staff that can’t do enough to assist you, often going above and beyond. The finest food. How do your catering staff produce such outstanding food for hundreds of guests? Swimming pools are the perfect temperature. A market and shopping parade offer everything you need for your stay. The most beautiful views and grounds. The interior design is fresh and contemporary. A stunning collection of sofas and and Eames lounge chairs. Interestingly, this is a single, family run hotel, which explains the incredible service and hospitality. Having travelled the world, I’ve now found a sanctuary for my family. We hope to return soon.
Absolutely Breathtaking – 10/10 So Far! 🌟
We only arrived last night, and I have never ever stayed anywhere that made me feel the need to come on here and write a review just 24 hours in!
This place is absolutely breathtaking. The grounds, the views, the amenities — everything is just stunning. It’s so peaceful and tranquil, and you really do get what you pay for.
Breakfast is a 10/10! There is such an amazing choice, whether you’re travelling with kids or without. There are adult-only seating areas too, which is perfect if you’re looking for a quieter, more peaceful experience, as well as dedicated areas for families.
On arrival, we were given a full entertainment leaflet showing everything happening around the hotel throughout the week, which is such a lovely touch. I honestly cannot wait to spend the rest of the week here and see what else is in store!
If you’re considering staying here, take my Irish word for it and BOOK IT! 🇮🇪❤️
I’m sure I’ll be back on Friday, when we’re due to leave, to write another fantastic review because so far, this place has completely exceeded our expectations.

Fantastic Holiday but..
Pros;
- beach and sea fantastic. Although sometimes wavy you can easily go in as it’s shallow.
- hotel clean
- food decent
- neppiland great for kids
- animation FANTASTIC!
- staff friendly
Cons;
- how can a 5 star hotel not provide iron? It’s very strange. They offer an ironing service instead, never been to one that doesn’t offer.
- Manolas or Manila the guy at the restaurant is very rude to customers and staff. He was very rude to my wife and I didn’t want to cause a scene as there were kids around. The other staff next to him very polite and kind.
I really want to return although the Manilas guy made it very bad at one point that we had to change the side we eat at the restaurant.

Wonderful resort
Gorgeous huge resort. Be prepared to do a lot of walking. Wonderful breakfast-- nothing more anyone would want-- they have it all. Beautiful landscaping. Well appointed rooms with wonderful detail. True blackout curtains, reading lights at bed... The only problems were 1) toiletries--awful smelling drying products-- no hair conditioner at a beach resort!?---bring your own! Beach is on the windy side of the island. Plenty of chaises. An orienting ride would have been great as one beach has large rocks and grass rather than a shoreline and it took another guest the 2nd day to point out the normal beach--- Parking is very far---on request they will pick u up. The guest relations is great-- kudos to Andrea in particular..The worse thing was that the lovely balcony was unusable due to the smoking of guests. The resort ought to be no smoking, or at least segregate those guests to their own building. That annoyance was huge. That being said, this is a great place to stay in Kos.
Nice hotel but management is dishonest and has no sense of customer service
My wife and I have travelled through Greece extensively. We always make reservations at hotels for 2 guests and have never had the following issue. Upon our check in management insisted our reservation was only for 1 guest and we were made to pay 350 euros extra. They would not refund our prepaid money so we were stuck. I truly felt I was scammed. Our room had ants in the bathroom and took 2 notices to the hotel and 2 days to eliminate the problem. Unacceptable for a 5 star property. The property is nice but they have no sense of customer service.
