The resort is very beautiful
Everything is clean and comfortable. There is no noise. Food is very nice.
2 weeks in August - didn't meet our expectations
We booked our stay via Sunweb, at that time the pictures on the website were much nicer....and we were reading already some bad comments. Before our arrival, i have contacted directly the hotel, we had several email exchanges regarding our outcoming stay. I have mentioned that it was special to us as we were coming for our 20th years wedding anniversary and that we will appreciate any kind of upgrade to make our stay even more special. I did get answers back from my emails that they will do evrything to make the stay special Upon arrival, nothing was mentioned about our request! In the room, even not a kind note about our 20 years anniversary and ofcourse no upgrade.. This was the first disapppointment. During our stay, we were informed that the room will be cleaned every 2 days....well, strange for a 5* but ok. We had to request 5 times to get new beach towels ... we were 4 in the room but got 3! Again i had to ask the reception for a new one. Then they forgot a garbage in our room .... and the cleaning was not good to me. The floor wasnt clean at all, i have the feeling they were replacing towels, making up the bed and not more that that. One day they even forgot to clean our room and when i went to the reception to tell them, the woman told me i was lying .... really rude! This is very too bad because i am not used to complain and my husband and I are used to travel but this wasn't good. The beach is not nice, you cannot swim specially not with yong children. There is nothing close by the hotel (only one supermaket and one rental car company), so the car is a must if you want to move around. For the rest, overal OK. Food is ok. Nobody got sick. The pools are nice and clean. The bar staff is very friendly and always smiling.
So not sure i will advise this hotel ... for sure this is not deserving a 5*

Overall stay was good. Wanted to give shout out to animation team especially Maria and Courtes for their engagement and friendly vibes they give arranging Padel and water volley balls games. That was fun!
Nice enough hotel, poor service and missing belongings!
We stayed for 10 nights shortly after the hotel reopened. At first, everything was great. Our room was nice and spacious and clean. The housekeeping every 2 days was disappointing but okay for us. The food was very repetitive but we always were able to find something we liked - this was our first all inclusive holiday so we had nothing to compare it to.
However, housekeeping was poor. We had to ask multiple times over our stay for our coffee to be topped up (apparently this should be done every time?) but despite being told they would come and top it up over and over this was never done. We honestly gave up asking after the 4th or 5th time.
Now the main reason for the 2 stars - generous in my opinion. Housekeeping removed a personal item from our room and it was never returned to us. I notified them immediately at reception and I was told they would find it. This was on day 2 of our 10 day stay. We asked daily at reception for an update and we were told the evening before we left that it was found and had been sent to a partner hotel. I notified them I would be leaving at 10am the next morning and they said that was fine. The morning of us leaving, it had still not been returned and I was told it would be dropped off for 12pm. I then asked for them to take my home address and send it to me and they said they would, for a charge (!) I challenged this and got nowhere, they said they would not pay as it was expensive to send parcels internationally. I left without my belongings I came with, I asked for them to follow up with me once a manager was in and this never happened. The item they took was not expensive, however it was mine. The lack of care and lack of professionalism from the staff was not reflective of a 5 star hotel. I also found out on our final morning that we were not the only room to have an item taken and not returned, as another couple were also enquiring where their missing items were, that they also had to travel home without.
Additionally, the all inclusive needs to be taken with a pinch of salt - the alcohol is poor quality, the drinks are made different each time you get them. The mini golf course was very poor, the gym had no air con. The list goes on really. 3 star hotel at best.
I will not be returning and I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone.
