If you set the right expectations coming to Kuros Palace, you will be more than happy. If you are looking for: peace and quiet instead of loud animation and constant noise, privacy and a chance to disconnect rather than mingling over loud music and stage shows, an eco-friendly approach instead of thousands of sweets and meats piled on your plate, go ahead and book a stay at this beautiful hotel, away from the hustle and bustle of city life. A beautiful beach, friendly service, comfortable rooms, and delicious food will make your stay truly pleasant.

the best all inclusive in 4 years
Average stay, not worth the money spent.
Okay, to set up your expectations: This is an obviously older refurbished hotel with absolute minimum furniture in suites. Far from beach with two small pools. Rooms are only cleaned when you ask them to. We didnt know that so had a dirt on our floor for 4 days. I wish there was a broom to use for guests for this reason. The beds were dreadful, combined with frequent flights above your head, prepare you will not sleep that much. Waterworld is not within hotel amenities, its a 20 minutes drive by bus, which takes you there in morning and picks you up early evening. No other time. Animators repeat same program each evening for 15 minutes. If you send postcards via reception, written with address and stamp, they will never arrive to the destination. That is really sad. Decent food. decent shop outside hotel, where you find absolutely everything you need. Very polite personnel.

Brilliant hotel, food but ocean swimming??
Our room was upgraded to 200m down from the main hotel, right next to the beach!! Food, service and facilities extremely good. Maybe would be crowded in peak summer,but we went in early October so relatively peaceful. Swimming in the private beach very limited when the wind gets up to speed. They have portioned off an area with rocks thus providing a very shallow, 2 feet at most, swimming area. Much better when wind drops as you can then swim outside the portioned off bit.
