Sentido Pelagos Suites Hotel is a modern seaside hotel designed to transform a family's holiday into an unique experience of comfort and relaxation. Built in a quiet location by the Lambi beach (just 2, 5 km away the beautiful and historic center of Kos town), in a superbly elegant minimalist fashion that is dominated by simple geometric lines and water. Pelagos Suites Hotel is the ideal place to enjoy the Greek summer in a luxurious but also discreet and inconspicuous way.
This was our 6th time at the resort, and we have already booked to return for another week in August, and again for next year!
There isn’t anything bad to say about this hotel, it is beautiful and so well maintained, everywhere is spotlessly clean and tidy and the grounds are just stunning to look at. You certainly won’t go hungry and we appreciated the new addition of the snack bar behind the adult pool bar. The rooms are very spacious, and the cleaning staff are excellent and happy to help with any requests.
This brings me on to what I think is the best thing about this hotel, the people! From the start Liza – Reservation Manager has been exceptionally helpful with our requests prior to arrival, and we felt very special returning to what we call our 2nd home! We were welcomed as always by Athena at reception who always has the best smile! Dominika and the entertainment team were again unbelievable!! And kept us entertained throughout the whole holiday (It always amazes me even after all the years we have been coming how Dominika has so much passion and energy for her job and the people). Finally, the bar staff! Always welcoming and happy to serve, all the bar staff are exceptional but special mentions to Sofia for keeping the drinks flowing at the adult’s pool bar (and keeping it spotless!) Andriana, Austin, Mike, and Katarina at the main bar for excellent service always with a smile.
Thanks again Pelagos for another exceptional holiday! We can’t wait to return in a few weeks!

Great hotel , staff very attentive and helpful , food plenty of choices ,
We arrived at pelagos and our experience was fantastic from checking in to being showed round on a golf cart. The hotel is beautiful and the food was great. Staff are friendly and always have a smile on there faces which is lovely to see. There are a couple of downsides to our experience though. There's not enough sun loungers and if your not up early your not getting one. Evening adult entertainment is the worst I've seen anywhere. For a 5 star hotel I was shocked about the 1 star entertainment. If your not at the main bar early enough after your evening meal your not getting a seat either. On the hole a fantastic experience let down by some minor niggles. I would have given 4 stars in the review if it wasn't for these 3 points.
Approx. 30 minutes from Kos Airport, we really enjoyed our first holiday at Pelagos Suites Hotel.
The staff were fantastic throughout our stay, always friendly and helpful. Special mentions go to Athena on Reception, and Dominica and Myrto from the entertainment team, who made our daughter feel so welcome and worked incredibly hard to involve guests of all ages. The pool bar staff were equally brilliant, especially Jenie and Mike—apologies to everyone else whose names I can’t remember! We’d also like to mention the lovely gentleman who served us our Prosecco and Aperol Spritz every evening in the Lobby Twist Bar. He was always so friendly and welcoming, and it became one of the highlights of our evenings.
At first, we didn’t feel the food quite matched a five-star standard. However, as the week went on, we realised it wasn’t the quality or variety that was lacking—it was simply that some dishes weren’t kept hot enough. We found that waiting for freshly replenished food solved the issue, and there was always plenty of choice.
The sunbed policy works well, as towels can’t be placed on beds before 9am. However, by around 11am, most poolside sunbeds are taken, so it’s worth getting one earlier if that’s where you want to spend the day. Alternatively, you can hire a cabana (€15–€25 depending on the location), or head to the beach, where we never had any trouble finding a sunbed and enjoyed the lovely sea breeze.
We stayed in the Beach House, which is the hotel’s only one, and it was the main reason we chose Pelagos Suites. It has two separate bedrooms and a lounge, making it ideal for families wanting more space and privacy. Although it’s older than the rest of the accommodation and is situated slightly away from the main complex, it’s less than a five-minute walk from all the facilities. We also looked around a Deluxe Suite during our stay. It has a separate sleeping area (separated by a sliding door), but the second bed is a double sofa bed, so I can’t comment on how comfortable that would be. The Beach House has one double bed and two single beds, all of which were very comfortable. Personally, I loved staying there—it felt peaceful and secluded while still being close to everything.
The hotel grounds are beautifully maintained, and the white outdoor furniture gives the whole resort a fresh, luxurious feel.
We dined at both the Mediterranean and Italian à la carte restaurants and thoroughly enjoyed both experiences. It was a lovely change from the buffet, and the food was excellent.
We booked directly with the hotel and felt it offered excellent value for money. Overall, we had a wonderful holiday and wouldn’t hesitate to return. We will definitely be back!
We have just returned from our Family Holiday at this Hotel we had an amazing time. As it was our Anniversary whilst there the Hotel upgraded our room to a Family suit that was fantastic and also a free bottle of Champagne. All the staff where amazing and could not do enough for you but i would like to give a special thanks to Bill who worked in the Lobby Bar and also to Mike who works around the Bars they where brilliant. Everything is spotlessly clean and tidy and rooms cleaned to a high standard every day. The food was excellent with a great choice also most nights had a theme we ate in both the Italian and the mediterraneo restaurants these where also excellent , please ignore these other reviews that say the food is rubbish because it is not. All the pool areas are great we spent most of the time around the main pool as there was always something going on we never had an issue getting sun loungers but i did notice other people struggle but if you turn up late morning what do you expect try getting out of bed !!!!! They do enforce the no reservation rule before 09:00. One little gripe there was not enough seating for the night time entertainment and talking of the entertainment this was varied some nights very good others not so much. The Hotel is about a 40 min walk from Kos Town and buses and Taxis are very hit and miss even if you book them. We went on the 3 island boat trip on Christina this is well worth doing and good value for money. I also booked a scuba diving trip for me and my Son with Liamis dive centre they have a boat on the Harbour that you can go and book your dive you can do this even if you have no experience as they do beginners days this was a fantastic day with two dives both in the sea and not in a pool. Over all we had an amazing Holiday and would definitely recommend this Hotel and we would definitely return.
