Really worth staying here.
Just returned from a 10 night stay at this lovely hotel. Spotlessly clean and well maintained gardens. Very friendly and cheerful staff. Food was very good in the main restaurant with special theme nights 3 times a week. You can also book the two speciality restaurants once a week . The Italian is a must if only to watch the sunset but food is very good there. We weren't so impressed with the Mediterranean it was okay so give it a try. The hotel rooms are in small buildings and vary in size everything is within easy reach. There are three big pools one being an adult only one and a separate children's area with slides pool etc. Entertainment every evening and on a Tuesday evening there is a very good singer in the quieter bar attached to reception. All in all a very good hotel and you won't be disappointed if you stay there. I would definitely return.

Very good Kos experience
If you’re looking for a relaxing hotel that still has things to do then Pelagos is the right place for you! With multiple pools you can either relax or get involved in some aqua gym! The location is far enough away from Kos town that it’s feels calm but close enough that it’s no faf to get into the town. The entertainment team do not fail at their jobs, with waterpolo and darts/ping pong competitions in the day to quiz nights and dance routines in the evening, they were always on hand to entertain ! (I would recommend the Pilates classes too). Thank you to Dominica and her crew we truly had an amazing holiday thanks to them ! The room was very clean and had all the amenities you would need. Lastly the food was actually pretty good. Considering we were on an all inclusive the free buffets were a different theme each day but had the basics in case you didn’t like what was on. Overall I highly recommend this hotel to anyone no matter the type of holiday you are on as they cater to all!
Great holiday
Our second time back after last year Great time as usual from start to finish Pools great Rooms great Staff brilliant Food good Cabana was excellent and well worth the 50 euros...a huge fruit platter included We do think the kids disco does start a bit late (8.45) for some of the youngsters who have probably been on the go since early in the morning.....

Hotel nice - food not
Like many people complain, the major disappointment is the food. For a 5 star (and I've stayed at a few) the food is very basic, and whilst edible, was sometimes cold and more 3 star. The drinks are also a strange affair. Sometimes a small plastic glass, sometimes a larger plastic glass, suppose it depends what they have left. It gets busy early around the pools, and if you haven't reserved a sunbed by 830am latest, good luck! Mainly Dutch when we were there but everyone seemed friendly. The staff are outstanding. From the lifeguard (my new friend Kostas) to the bar staff, to the entertainment team (especially Florence who always took time out for a chat) every one of them are friendly and welcoming. The kids show is on quite late at 8:45pm, and this goes on for a while. Again, if you want a seat at the bar, expect to watch the kids show. An adult disco later on for the mums and dads with a DJ would be a good idea, but the entertainment team always put on a good show. I enjoyed my stay, the wife felt let down by the food unfortunately, so I'm giving this hotel a 4 star. Maria's shop next to the hotel is brilliant and has everything you need (especially the jumbo cornettos) including souvenirs to save you paying the high prices in town. Also the taverna next to the hotel is brilliant if you get sick of the cold food! Kos town is a €9 taxi ride or a 40 minute walk.
Beautiful place but food and sunbed availabilty a bit of an issue
An absolutely beautiful place to stay, rooms were spacious and modern, all the staff are lovely, and the entertainment team work incredibly hard to put on a good show. Little extra touches are great, like being taken to your room by golf buggy and the driver showing you where everything is, and the ice cream and waffle stand. The a la carte restaurants, Greek and Italian were delicious. Negatives: The food - I had lost the will to live by Day 10, it's a wide variety but not quite the quality and variety you expect at this level. The sunbeds, luckily we are an easygoing older couple so ended up spending all day, every day at the beach, returning at 5pm to catch an hour or so on a bed and swim in the pool. Otherwise, it's the normal towel predators who throw them on early and disappear and there simply aren't enough beds around the three lovely pools, such a shame, and I agree, paying for the "posher" beds and pergolas does not sit well with the all inclusive vibe. But I would highly recommend this place if you're looking for a chilled holiday.
