Sentido Pelagos Suites Hotel

Just spent a week here, never again. To start with booked 2 Deluxe suites for as travelling as a family they where not together asked for a move so we could be together as this is our last family holiday with the girls, and was told i should of asked when booking and paid another 50 euros per night for each room. We did get moved to a grand Suite the next day which looked very nice but, you had to ask for everything cleaner would come remove towels and leave no more, run out of toilet rolls and had to ask for more, has 2 mugs for 4 people had to keep asking got them the day before we come home. Also had to keep asking for the bottle water that we where supposed to get everyday. Floor was never wash all the time we where there.

Food Luke warm never had a hot meal even if they cooked it fresh for you it was still cold. There was 2 staff member that where very nice, Sofia at the Adult Bar , and Mike at the pool bar.

Lovely hotel, clean and modern. Huge shout out to Sofia by the adult pool, Mike at the pool bar and Bill in the lobby bar. All who were really friendly and helpful! The downfall at the hotel is the food…it was never warm and therefore not enjoyable.
