- Costa Angela Seaside Resort

Costa Angela Seaside Resort is ideally situated in Lambi, one of the most attractive regions of the island. It is only 4 km from the center of Kos town and 22 km from the airport. A bus-stop with frequent service either to the center of Kos town or to Tigaki, is in front of the hotel entrance. The hotel is in front of an amazing beach with an eminent view to the clear blue waters of the Aegean Sea, the island of Pserimos and the coasts of minor Asia. It is surrounded by a marvelous garden with a lot of flowers, with palm and banana trees. In the entrance hall there is the 24-hours Reception desk, the lobby, the TV-corner with satellite programs, the library, and the Internet-corner.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
This is my second stay at this lovely hotel my friend and and I stayed 2 years ago and really wanted to return The location of the hotel is amazing quiet and on the beach with a beautiful pool the bus to Kos Town is right outside the hotel and is a 10 minute journey 2 Euro The staff are amazing and extremely helpful Our only complaint is the owner has made changes to the breakfast and restaurant you can only stay on bed and breakfast 2 years ago there was a great choice and was also extremely delicious we had 3/4 evening meals which were equally as delicious and great value for money. This time the food was nowhere near as good The selection was disappointing and the evening meals were nowhere near as good ! we tried twice and were extremely disappointed on both occasions Kos town is the place to eat every restaurant we ate in was delicious You do have to pay for use of sun beds and parasol 5 Euro for 2 on beach and if you want a towel 1euro a day Overall the location is amazing
If you're looking for somewhere a little off the main drag, then I'd recommend Costa Angela! It really is a lovely hotel! Just outside of Kos Town, but easily accessible by bus (right outside the hotel) or bike, it is perfect for anyone who likes to have the best of both worlds; it's not too far away to enjoy the hustle and bustle of Kos Town, but if you like a bit of peace and quiet, then you can have that too! The hotel is a stone's throw from the beach and if you book a room with a sea view, then you will witness the most beautiful sunsets from your balcony. The rooms are quite small, but clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. This was a bit of a last minute trip and booking, but I'm glad that I chose Costa Angela!
the location is ok 10 min bus ride into kos town, the room is pretty basic and the bathroom is tiny like 1 metre squared , no internet in room at all and very slow internet in lobby , food overpriced for the quality id say the only really good thingis the view from the balcony if u get sea view also staff not very friendly well to us so it seems they are only friendly to certain nationalities.
Lovely small friendly resort, location amazing, staff very helpful, rooms clean, food good. Definitely going back, a shame they don't offer fully inclusive, spent a lot on water. Beach bar offers lunch, very quite when we went we had the pool to ourselves. Aircon is available but extra, they recommend see how you go first night as the wind blew in off balcony, we didn't need it. Bus service not reliable, waited over an hour for service bus which didn't turn up. If you want quiet and relaxing this is ideal, we loved it.
Stayed here for 1 week in September.
I’ll start with the things I liked about this hotel:
Things I didn’t like:
On balance the hotel was decent enough, it certainly did the job, but I don’t think I would return - it needs a bit of love from the owners I think. If you’re not planning on being in the hotel much this may be fine, but if you want to stay by the pool some days then I would look elsewhere.
Also, if youre under 30 I’d avoid this hotel as the average age is easily 50+ and there’s not much going on of an evening.
3 stars from me.
