Good Hotel
Lovely Hotel in a good location. Lovely roof top pool and excellent views, Well placed for local bars and restaurants. Staff were nice, bar lady at the pool was lovely and one barman down stairs was funny and made us smile. We didn't ear breakfast but had a snack which was plentiful.
We had paid to upgrade to Harbour View room but it was worth it to wake up to such a lovely view of your balcony in the morning. The Beds were comfortable. Plugs were in odd places but enough to charge phones. Hairdryer was a good addition. Aircon and safe were both included at no extra cost and the wifi was really good. We had two phones and one tablet working of it with no problems. The man on reception was helpful when we couldn't get our bags in the luggage room.
Four stars for minor niggles.
The shower is fixed and can not be moved. Would be better on a sliding rail, too high for us as both short. We didn't like the glass panels on the reception. It makes the place look unfriendly. The door slamming is very loud maybe soft closers would help deaden the noise. The bar on the roof was running out of stock as end of season. One English language channel on TV would have been nice. The bar woman when we were waiting for our pick up was more interested in her phone than serving me a drink. Just minor points overall a good place to say. It's mostly adults and quiet here which we like. if you are looking l entertainment and kids clubs it is not the place for you..

Kosta Palace
Location of the hotel was the plus point. Hotel very clean if not as modern as others. A lovely rooftop pool and bar area with superb views of the boats and ferries. The harbour terrace where you could sit and have breakfast in the morning and drinks at night amazing. The overall resort very commercialised and has changed a lot since we visited 15 years ago. leaving not many places where you can just go to a beach area without paying for sunbeds etc but plenty of nice restaurants and bars to chill out at. Staff very friendly.

NOT a 4 star hotel
Perfect location and that’s about it . This hotel is very dated and tatty inside and is nowhere near a four star hotel . Our room was in very poor condition and the bathroom was very dirty. I have stayed in many three star hotels that are much nicer than this. I would definitely not return.

Lovely holiday
We stayed here for a 4 night break. The staff were very friendly especially the barman he was there every night and was very busy but still found time to chat. Our room was very big, had plenty of storage and a separate area with a sofa. It was very clean and the cleaners did a very good job. The shower was a bit disappointing, the water temperature wasn't constant it kept changing from hot to cold. Breakfast was very goid with plenty of choice. Couldn't have wished for a better location, so close to everything. It would have been nice to have water in the room as well as a couple of glasses. Also can't understand why we only had 2 milk cartons a day and 2 tea bags, enough for one drink each. On the 2nd night we asked for extra which we were given, but then the next day the extras were taken away by the cleaner I assume and once again we were just left with 2 of each.
