The hotel is located in the heart of the city on the picturesque harbour of Kos. It is situated just opposite the medieval castle and provides its guests with a spectacular view of the local area. The sandy beach is only 300 m away and there is a considerable number of Greek taverns and bars just a few metres from the hotel. This air conditioned city hotel comprises a total of 68 rooms. Facilities include an entrance hall with 24-hour reception, a currency exchange and an Internet room. Furthermore, room service and car parking are available. The standard rooms are equipped with satellite TV and either a balcony or a terrace. Leisure facilities include an outdoor swimming pool, a children's paddling section and a poolside snack bar. At the hotel restaurant guests can enjoy Greek and international cuisine along with excellent views of the harbour.

Great holiday
Excellent hotel right on harbour front. Staff very helpful. Clean bedding every other day and towels every day. Nice size hotel pool no sun bed wars. Pool bar and hotel bar reasonably priced. Went to book for next year but being demolished and a new hotel should b ready by 1st June.
Great location
Firstly the location is superb. Step out the front door and you are in the middle of the resort. The staff are very friendly and helpful.our room was very dated and really needs a refurbished.we had a walk in shower which was very rickety the door actually came off at one point. I think they need to improve the breakfast options. No toast or omelette available. I would come back purely for the location as it's a perfect resort for us.

Perfect spot
Absolutely loved staying here. Ticked all the boxes. Perfect location, rooms cleaned daily , pleasant pool with no sun bed wars but mostly the friendliness of all.the staff. Big thank you to the men on reception ensuring our children were near us when they arrived during our holiday. Rooms are basic but going to be updated next year. Breakfast_ nothing fancy but enough choice. Will definitely be returning.

This hotel was perfect for us. We were a party of 9 and had 4 good rooms side by side. Rooms were better than expected.
The location couldn’t be better. The staff was so nice. Enough sunbeds and the pool size was good. The hotel was clean, drinks were nice and the food was good. Nothing to complain.
My husband had his 50th birthday during our holiday and the staff decorated our room so beautifully. He was so happy.
We will definitely come to Kos again and choose this hotel <3

Family Holiday 2026
Hotel right on Kos Town Harbour, great views while your in the bar or breakfast room. Though the rooms may be showing their age a little don't let that put you off.( Hotel is being revamped at the end of this season) It's a fantastic friendly hotel. All the staff are welcoming and helpful and it is kept brilliantly clean and tidy. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again 👍😁
