An unforgettable week with amazing hospitality.
Ikos Aria is simply an idyllic place to holiday, and like all other Ikos resorts, can boast elite characteristics and qualities. I, as an 18-year-old boy, particularly enjoy the excellent food and sports facilities and opportunities Ikos provides, and my foremost compliment to the resort is the sheer quality and volume of staff available to help with every single issue no matter how major or minor. A special shoutout to the staff at Ouzo restaurant under the guidance of Vangelis and the Sports Center with Vasilis playing a key role who particularly helpede enjoy a carefree and relaxing time. Also kudos to Valia and the security team who were also so friendly and delightful to talk to. In general, the resort is fantastic from top to bottom and is a very efficient and well-oiled machine. You’d be doing yourselves a favor by staying there as it will be one of the best holidays you’ve ever had.
Fantastic service, location and food
It is almost impossible to fault this place. We had a wonderful stay with my parents (in their 80s) and 2 older teens. The service, food, gardens and sport are all fabulous - the staff are fantastic. I think if I'd asked for a trip to the moon they probably would have made it happen. It's not a cheap holiday but I think it's worth it. The food is wonderful and a cut above any other place - buffet breakfasts and lunches can normally be a a bit average in hotels but everything here is delicious. The French restaurant ( really delicate cooking), Kos and Ouzo were standouts for me.
The sea is fresh - cooler than in some parts of Greece - but I'm a sea swimmer and there were lots of 30-40 minute swims to islands/rocks and also the sea shelves super gently so is very safe for little kids.
I have to mention these people but to be honest everyone was great.
In Ouzo - Thanos, Giorgos x 2, Ines, Mark and everyone- thank you - so kind and welcoming and good fun. My son loved getting to know you guys. He wants to come back and work with you! In Kos - Fabio - you looked after us brilliantly! In Oliva - Joanna you made us laugh and my Dad loves you. ("Wuwu") On the beach - Achilleas - thank you so much you were great, my parents already miss you and so do I ! - and Vassiliana, Thomas, Emiliano, Bai and everyone else - thanks for the mojitos and water ;0) Anthony on the front desk thanks for looking after my parents. The 2 security ladies on the road crossing bit were so cheerful - loved their energy - and I can't thank the gardeners because I didn't meet them but they do an amazing job.
Sorry to anyone I have forgotten. Thank you all for a memorable holiday which kept 3 generations very happy.

Very Disappointed with the beach
This hotel was vast. The biggest disappointment was he beach. Don’t go thinking you are able to walk out on fluffy sand for a swim. It’s so rocky. They had made a path of small stones underwater to step on to just walk out that had a que of people and as the waves started it was impossible to be on the stones. So unless you want to go somewhere where you look at the sea but can’t swim there.. it’s a big downer
The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Apart from the beach, which was where we were most days. They were busy chatting and looked annoyed to bring you lunch or a water.
I was in a suite which was a 7/10 and really not that great. It had sparse furniture and a lamp that didn’t work.
I hear the one in Marbella and Majorca is far nicer. I’m still grateful for the staff that were nice and the restaurant food was nice enough, 7/10
This holiday was a big disappointment. I really have been to some beautiful places in Greece and the beach hear was not anything at all to enjoy. It’s strange to be on a Greek Island Beach and not be able to easily take a swim.
Amazing all inclusive resort
We have stayed at two hotels within this IKOS hotel chain on three separate occasions, and every one of them has been a wonderful experience. This stay at the IKOS Aria, however, was made truly unforgettable thanks to the incredible hospitality, genuine care, and outstanding service provided by the entire team.
A special thank you to Irini at Reception. She welcomed us on arrival and said goodbye when we left with such warmth, kindness, and professionalism that we felt genuinely valued throughout our stay.
Our biggest and most heartfelt thanks go to Dimitris from the Beach Bar. His kindness, positive attitude, attentiveness, and exceptional service made our holiday truly special. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he always went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Team members like Dimitris are the reason guests keep coming back. We would also like to thank Panayiotis from the Beach Bar for his friendliness, professionalism, and excellent service. His dedication and welcoming attitude added even more to our wonderful experience.
A big thank you as well to the entire hotel team, including the WhatsApp Team, for always responding so quickly and for being ready to help with anything we needed. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for us was truly outstanding. Thank you to every member of the team for making our holiday so memorable. We leave with wonderful memories and cannot wait to return possibly to the same or another hotel of the IKOS group. We will highly recommend the hotels of the group to anyone looking for exceptional service, comfort and genuine hospitality.

The best service in an all inclusive hotel
From the moment we arrived, this hotel impressed us in every possible way. The property itself is beautiful, the service is outstanding, and the chefs in the restaurants consistently delivered delicious meals — we dined in a different à la carte restaurant every single night and were never once disappointed. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the staff. Their willingness to go above and beyond to fulfil every request, no matter how small or last-minute, was remarkable. Whether at the pools, on the beaches, in the restaurants and bars, or anywhere else on the grounds, the service was consistently attentive and warm. A special mention must go to the 24/7 room service, which operates on an entirely different level — prompt, thoughtful, and of exceptional quality. In every corner of the hotel we encountered team members who were genuinely present and eager to help, always with beautiful smiles that made us feel truly welcome. As an added delight, the hotel offered Mini cars for all guests to drive around the island — a wonderful touch that made exploring even more enjoyable. On top of that, the daily water sports included in the package elevated the entire experience and made our stay even more special. We will most certainly return, and we already look forward to that day. Thank you for creating such lovely memories for us — we will never forget the warmth and genuine care we received throughout our stay, especially from Dimitra and the wonderful lady in Guest Relations whose name, regrettably, escapes me.
