This is a classic holiday resort set in one of the most unspoilt and picturesque regions of Greece, the island of Kos. Situated on the southern coast of Kos, about 2 km from Kardamena village, it embraces 75,000 m² of lush gardens, blended with the natural landscape of the island and more than 5 km of sandy beach, washed by the warm waters of the Aegean. Macedonia International Airport is about 27 km away.
This family club resort with tropical and peaceful surroundings features a harmonious blend of local style and modern architecture. It provides a lounge/satellite TV room, a bar, free wireless Internet access in all common areas and a bicycle rental facility. There are a total of 292 rooms at this club resort, which welcomes guests in the lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services, a hotel safe and currency exchange facilities. The resort also features a children's playground and a kids' club.
The rooms are designed in bungalow-style and feature twin beds, air conditioning, an en suite bathroom with a bath or shower, a telephone, hairdryer, safety deposit box and either a balcony or terrace.
Guests are invited to take a dip in the outdoor salt-water swimming pool. Sun loungers with parasols are laid out ready for use, while the nearby beach is sandy. There are motorised water sports available, including waterskiing, windsurfing (licence required), jet skiing and parasailing. Guests can also hire mountain bikes or normal bicycles, as well as play pool or electronic games. The hotel regularly features live music and a child-care service is offered.

Fabulous hotel!
We had a wonderful stay in this hotel the staff the food the amenities everything was perfect. The only downside was when we arrived late at night we were told our room number and left to wonder the complex in the dark and getting lost. However, when we walk in the morning and found that we’ve been given a room with a Seaview, we were more than happy.. we would recommend this hotel to anybody and we will hopefully return soon.
Another amazing holiday
We’ve just returned from our second stay at Portobello Beach in Kos, and once again it was absolutely amazing. We stayed in a swim‑up room, which was perfect for us — my daughters loved being able to step straight into the pool from our terrace, and it made the whole holiday feel extra special.
The food was fantastic again, especially for fussy eaters like my daughter. There was always reliable favourites such as plain pasta, pizza, vegetables, nuggets, and plenty of great options for adults too. The staff in the main buffet restaurant were wonderful, so friendly and attentive, and really made every meal enjoyable.
I celebrated my birthday while we were there, and the hotel went above and beyond. My partner arranged a floating breakfast, which was beautiful, and in the evening the restaurant decorated the table with banners, sang happy birthday, and brought out a cake. It was such a lovely surprise and made the day unforgettable.
The water park across the road was brilliant again — the splash area in shallow water is perfect for younger children, and the bigger slides kept the older ones (and adults!) entertained for hours.
Entertainment for the children was fun as always, and kept them busy and happy.
We also took taxis out: €10 to Kardamena and €50 to Kos Town. Both areas were lovely with great shops and restaurants, and definitely worth the trip.
The beach was clean and beautiful, and our room itself was spotless, comfortable, and the air‑conditioning worked perfectly — which was definitely needed in the heat.

Was there for 9 days and it was an absolute blast, all the workers were very respectful and friendly. Andreas was an absolute gem was always going round making sure everyone was having a good time. Food is amazing, Chefs really know how to make the best meals. Would recommend 10/10
Most wonderful massage
Visited the Aegeo spa and had the most wonderful massage from Elena. Would highly recommend.
Good hotel
have very nice holiday in this hotel. Everything was perfect. Food was very good with many choice every day. Beach is beautiful, clean and sea is amazing. Room always clean and all staff very kind and smiling. Big thank you to Erwin from entertainment team.
