⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Wonderful Stay at Mitsis Summer Palace
We had a wonderful holiday at Mitsis Summer Palace and were very satisfied with our stay. We were especially pleasantly surprised by a complimentary room upgrade upon arrival. I would like to give special thanks to Spyros at the reception, who arranged this for us. We were upgraded to a beautiful Suite with a private pool and sea view – truly an amazing room.
The views from the hotel are absolutely incredible. The hotel is built on a hillside overlooking the sea, and the views of the Aegean Sea are simply breathtaking from almost every part of the resort.
Our room was cleaned every day and the minibar was replenished daily. The private pool was also regularly maintained and cleaned every second day, so it was always in excellent condition throughout our stay.
When it comes to food, breakfast is served as a buffet, while lunch and dinner in the main restaurant are served with a choice from an à la carte menu. In addition to the main restaurant, guests can also enjoy Italian, BBQ and Asian à la carte restaurants.
We also really enjoyed the food and snacks available throughout the day. The pizza was fantastic, and at the beach we regularly enjoyed pork and chicken gyros, which were absolutely delicious.
The beach is very pleasant, with plenty of sun loungers, and the biggest highlight is the beautifully clear and crystal-clear sea water. The whole resort has a wonderful atmosphere, and thanks to its location, the views are truly exceptional.
Overall, we were extremely happy with our stay. A beautiful room, incredible views, crystal-clear sea, great food and very friendly service. A special thank you to Spyros for his kindness and for arranging the wonderful room upgrade for us.
We can highly recommend Mitsis Summer Palace and would be very happy to return one day. 🌊🇬🇷❤️

We had a great time at the Mitsis Summer Palace!
A great location, around 20 mins from the airport and close to Kardamena.
The hotel itself consists of a very modern section (which is fabulous) and an older section made up of the main reception and main restaurant. The older section is fine, albeit not quite 5 star like the rest of the hotel.
The newer rooms are located on a hill and it is a bit of a stumble back up from the hotel! That said, staff members are willing to do drop offs on their golf buggies!
Our room (junior suite with plunge pool and sea view) was out of this world (2607) and we had a private terrace, plunge pool and incredible view of the sea. The room itself was spacious and very clean. The cleaners were all great. The mini bar was re-stocked every day with local wines, beer and branded soft drinks.
The atmosphere at the hotel was good. Not a noisy hotel by any means.
The food was of a high standard. We also ate at The Med (brilliant) and The Den (we cooked our own food at the at table BBQ, which was a great experience! All of the alcoholic drinks we had were locally produced.
All the staff were a credit to the hotel. Special mentions must go to Sotiria in the main restaurant (an absolute gem of a person), Jericho in the main bar (Nissiros bar) and Eleni the hostess at the main restaurant.
Overall, we had a lovely holiday and would recommend.
