The experience was amazing, thanks to the staff that is very kind and nice but a particular thanks goes to Nico because he is the nicest of the Mitsis staff
Great all inclusive hotel
We had a great stay at the hotel in july 2026. Its the best all inclusive hotel, that we’ve ever stayed at. The staff is very helpfull and friendly, and they make sure, that every part off your stay lives up to the standard.
We will definately look for this hotel again or another Mitsis hotel.
Loveky stay beautiful hotel with friendly staff
Beautiful hotel and we had a lovely stay as a group of friends. Shout out to the receptionists Rafael (bad bunny) and Nikos - they were very welcoming and friendly, made us feel at home. They were the best!
Avoid!
Staying here now and it’s definitely not a 5*resort as its claims. The food in the buffet is very basic and the same every dinner time and evening. There is a policy for the sun-bed reservations where you’re not allowed to put towels down before 9am but every lounger was taken by the mains pools in our complex we’ve paid for. So we are having to sit next to the kids pool on chairs as there is no space up on the hill with a long walk to the main building. Our room is at the very top of the resort which is challenging for my mother that has arthritis, and the carts aren’t readily available. The room is dated and not clean there has been a sticky spot on the floor since we arrived. The hairdryer and clothes dryer are hanging off the wall. When the maid comes in to clean she leaves the patio door open so the air con isn’t on when we get in and the room hasn’t been secure for the whole day which is then our responsibility if things have been taken. They also claim there is a nightclub on site for us to use but then try and charge us for drinks as they are not included in the package. Overall I WOULD NOT recommend this resort as it is lacking in every aspect. Avoid if you don’t want to waste your hard earned money.
Kos you need a break!!
Had a week away with my 2 son's 20/16 to this wonderful all inclusive hotel. Got upgraded to family villa witch had 2 bedrooms and seav view with balcony. There are plenty of bars to get drinks and theres 24hr food available between buffet, creperie and beach pizza oven. The swimming pools wont disapoint and the beach sun loungers are lovely to lay on, and the beach is a short 100m stroll from hotel reception. Plenty of cocktails and food in main buffet was varied dailey. Loved going to the grill restaurant by yhe beach which had amazing views . Staff are the friendliest you could hope for. Would love to come back next year .
