Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
One of the best hotels we have stayed in, a beautiful hotel, good quality food in all the restaurants and the best of all the staff were amazing. Nicolas who I think works in the restaurant helped my son when he was ill, personally coming to the room to check he was ok, sorting out food and drinks for him, just brilliant. Jennifer who also works in the main restaurant, again super helpful. All the staff were amazing though, would highly recommend this hotel.
great accommodation very helpful everyone couldn’t do enough for us very friendly
Just got back after a week in this hotel. Rooms were clean and so was the surrounding areas. The staff were mostly friendly and helpful. We stayed in a room with its own pool which was cleaned every day. The mini bar was stocked every day. Now for the bad points. The rooms are in need of updating and ours had a bad smell from the drains. Food in the main restaurant was bland ,repetitive and at most luke warm. The burger and crepe bars were ok but limited. Only 2 bars are open daily with a maximum of 2 people serving, resulting in long ques for drinks. The beech area was disgusting and in dire need of an update. The beds are falling apart and spotted with bird poo. Same as the tables . One of our party (me) had sickness and diarrhea. Im sorry but this hotel is "NOT" indicative of a 5 star rating . At best a 4 star
Went for our babymoon and lasted two days before becoming very unwell with vomiting and diarrhoea. We suspect it was from the food in the buffet which was cold and often had flies on it. I let the hotel know while we were staying there but no response. Thankfully managed the flight home but ended up in hospital back in the UK for two days on a drip to recover.
Shame because the hotel grounds itself are lovely, nice and close to the airport and thankfully the room was comfortable for when I was unwell. Despite the lack of response on the sickness front, the staff are generally helpful.
Entertainment lacking. Long queues for drinks.
I just wouldn’t ever risk returning which is a real shame.
⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4/5) We recently spent six nights at this resort in Kos on an all-inclusive package booked through British Airways Holidays. There is a great deal to like about this resort. The location is excellent, with beautiful walks along the beach and stunning sea views. The sea itself is crystal clear, calm, and ideal for swimming. One of the standout features was the abundance of sun loungers available throughout the day. Unlike many resorts where guests feel compelled to reserve beds early in the morning, there were always plenty available around the pools and beach areas, which made for a much more relaxing experience. The pool areas were also excellent—clean, spacious, and well maintained, providing plenty of room for guests to relax without feeling overcrowded. The grounds throughout the resort are attractive and well cared for, creating a pleasant and welcoming environment. The décor is stylish, although some areas are beginning to feel a little dated. We particularly enjoyed the Sweet Corner, which served excellent ice cream and crêpes, and the Health Corner, which offered a good selection of fresh smoothies and salads. These were thoughtful additions that enhanced the all-inclusive experience. Unfortunately, several aspects of our stay fell short of what we would expect from a five-star resort. Our first impression was disappointing. We arrived around 10 pm after a long journey and found the check-in experience less welcoming than expected. The staff member assisting us came across as abrupt and unfriendly. Breakfast was another let-down. The selection felt limited, food labelling was often unclear, and the buffet area lacked organisation. For guests with dietary requirements, this made choosing suitable food unnecessarily difficult. We also requested non-alcoholic and sugar-free drinks for our room minibar, but our request was dismissed and no alternative arrangements were offered. The most disappointing experience occurred at the gyros station. As Muslims, we do not consume pork and politely asked about food handling and utensils. Instead of responding professionally, the staff member became argumentative and questioned our dietary choices. We felt uncomfortable having to explain and defend our religious beliefs when all we wanted was reassurance about food preparation. This interaction left a particularly negative impression. We raised our concerns with the Relationship Concierge and requested to speak with a manager. We were told a manager would contact us, but this never happened. We also replied to a guest experience email we received during our stay outlining the same concerns. Although we eventually received a response, it felt generic and no meaningful action was taken. As a result, we largely avoided the main buffet for the remainder of our holiday and chose to dine in the à la carte restaurants instead. Thankfully, these restaurants were excellent. The staff were attentive, professional, and respectful of our dietary requirements, providing the level of service we had expected throughout the resort. Checkout was smooth and efficient, ending our stay on a more positive note. Overall, this resort has many strengths: a fantastic beachfront location, beautiful sea views, excellent pools, plentiful sun loungers, attractive grounds, and very good à la carte dining. However, the lack of responsiveness to guest concerns and the handling of dietary and religious requirements were disappointing. With better staff training, improved buffet organisation, and more proactive management involvement, the guest experience could be significantly enhanced.
