Mitsis Blue Domes Resort and Spa

We had an amazing stay at Mitsis Selection Blue Domes and would happily return in the future.

The hotel itself is beautiful, with stunning sea views, lovely gardens, and a very relaxing atmosphere. Even though it is a large resort, it never felt overcrowded. Everything was kept very clean, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job every day.

The staff were one of the highlights of our holiday. Everyone we met was friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with a smile. Their excellent service made us feel genuinely valued as guests.

The food was another big positive. There was a great variety at the main restaurant, and the quality was consistently good. We especially enjoyed the à la carte restaurants and the traditional Greek dishes. There was always something different to try, and the desserts and fresh fruit were excellent.

The beach is just a short walk away, with plenty of sunbeds available throughout the day. The pools are clean and well maintained, offering plenty of space to relax.

The location is also fantastic. Kardamena is only a short bus ride away and is well worth visiting for its traditional tavernas, local shops, and beautiful harbour.

A few small suggestions for improvement would be to extend the opening hours of some food outlets and provide a little more evening entertainment for adults. However, these are only minor points and did not affect our overall experience.

Overall, we had a fantastic holiday and would highly recommend Mitsis Selection Blue Domes to anyone visiting Kos. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable—we hope to come back again soon! Special thank you for Stam :)

We had a great stay at Mitsis Blue Domes. Everyone was really welcoming, starting with the check-in process all the way up to the end of our trip. We were offered a drink on arrival and cool towels which was a nice touch. The resort is really big, however we never felt like it was too crowded - lots of different pools and areas where you could relax in. We were happy with our room location and the amenities inside the room. Food at the buffet was tasty, there were options there for everyone - only visited for breakfast and lunch, so can't comment on the dinner buffet. One of the chefs Yoana was amazing - always smiling and really welcoming to all the guests, especially kids - she was very patient with them. What made our experience really special was the a la carte restaurants. We visited a different one for dinner each night. Our favourite a la carte restaurants were - the brunch(try the croque madam), destination Greek and the South American one. Food was delicious and the staff were great. I would like to give a special shout out to Anna, Fotini, Klavisa, Vasilis and Nikos - who served us in some of these restaurants and were lovely, friendly and took time to chat to us and give us recommendations. We spent most of our time at the beach - the water was crystal clear and you could see fish swimming in the sea every day. Our visits to the beach were made extra special by Fanis - the beach server. He was amazing! Hardworking and running up and down the beach to get us drinks as quick as he can.

Stamatia checked in with us a few times during our visit and wanted to ensure we were having a great stay, which was greatly appreciated! Overall, our visit was amazing and I would definitely recommend.
