Spa Experience
Incredible experience at the spa, from booking the treatment the manager was so friendly and helpful in us selecting a treatment. Our couple massage was the best we have ever had, Susan my masseuse was absolutely amazing. We felt completely relaxed and enjoyed every second of our visit. We would definitely recommend if you stay at the hotel.

Great all inclusive stay
Really great experience within the hotel, food was impeccable ( I definitely got my moneys worth 😅). Entertainment was high level and all round experience was positive. Although towards the end of our stay, a fight broke out which caused a large disruption into the early hours of the morning. Other than that, i could not recommend this enough ! And our view from hotel room was to die for..
Also i will be returning soon, room 2116!
Relax and chill.
Had a wonderful massage with Zusan today. Found it to be very relaxing. I recently had surgery on my shoulder and she was very mindful of that and was very gentle. Would highly recommend and I hope to come back for more treatments before I go home.

The location is perfect, 10 min walk to Kardamena and bus to Kos from there.beautiful views.
Our room was really outdated and old. The aircon must be 20 plus years old and everytime I turned it on my husband had a sneezing fit.
The bathroom made me feel like I should be wearing my flip flops in the shower and part of the door held together by a toilet roll I think.
The cocktails were disappointing, all pre-made stuff and the vodka they used was horrible. It begrudges me that when all inclusive you will have to pay for “premium alcohol”
When we got there it was disappointing that we were handed QR codes and off on our way. This was at nearly midnight and told no food places open but we would have to pay for drinks.
The food was nice, we liked the Greek restaurant but didn’t have a choice with the others which is disappointing as you only get one choice.
The beach had no bar and the umbrellas were held together with cable ties.
Around the pools there was so much rubbish in the grass that when we left was still there after a week.
The Pools are also very cold I think we went in twice.
The pizza place is amazing and the gyros snack bar.
Only two showers to use when we were checking out late for the whole hotel. The spa wouldn’t let us use the showers which was disappointing. The spa outdoors is also tatty. Lots of the hotel was just tatty to be honest.
This hotel could be amazing it just needs modernising, teaching the bar staff to do proper drinks and hopefully the winter would be the perfect time to do it!
