The Akti Palace hotel is located in the area called Tholari, just 4 km east of Kardamena, 20 km from Kos Town, 10 km from the airport and to a short distance to all attraction areas of Kos Island.
The hotel consists of 15 buildings which are scattered around of 35.000m2 of gardens. It looks like a small modern village with pathways and plazas.
The seafront deluxe modern style facilities and accommodation of 189 units are influenced by Dodecanese style architecture.
- Based on COVID-19 guidlines and regulations, we are implementing all necessary health measures on-top of the hotels' already exemplary sanitation procedures, high hygiene and cleanliness standards, to ensure a safe environment for all our guests and staff. Our Ultra-All-Inclusive concept of food and drinks available 24 hours a day in one of our restaurants and bars, will remain the same.
Any guest who prefers not to have daily room cleaning, must inform reception staff upon arrival. Our indoor heated pool will remain closed. Activities requiring team sports such as football, basketball, water polo, etc. will be prohibited.
All additional safety measures which will be introduced must be followed by both guests and employees.

Nice week but not close to the 5 star standard as advertised and also no comparison to other 5 star hotels Positives Clean nice gardens Pools all kept well Staff friendly Asian and Greek theme restaurants nice Reception dealt with an issue we had as we had expected Bonus was being able to use adult section next door - nice restaurant and pools Free frequent bus Negatives Bathrooms need refurb Entertainment in pool bar in evening lacks atmosphere, chairs uncomfortable and bright lighting - not a relaxed atmosphere No branded drinks , not really a 5 star quality Food repetitive Theme restaurants lack decor to make more authentic / Greek felt rushed Geared to families not couples
Rated as average as this is where we believe this hotel fits. The week itself was enjoyable but this was due to being able to use the adult section next door - only improvement to suggest here is more bar staff in the evening - but the waiting staff and bar staff were great

I got a deep tissue from Sam, he was really good at what he does and found tense areas i didnt realise I had and managed to clear.
Highly recommend if staying at the Akti Palace KOS!
