My stay at Michelangelo Resort & Spa was truly wonderful. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the beautiful surroundings, excellent facilities, and the warm hospitality of the entire team. Every department worked together to provide a comfortable, relaxing, and memorable experience. The service was professional, attentive, and always delivered with a smile. I would definitely recommend Michelangelo Resort & Spa to anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality holiday experience.

The Front Office team was exceptional. Everyone was welcoming, professional, and very helpful throughout my stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, and the reception team was always ready to assist with any questions or requests. Their friendly attitude made me feel genuinely welcomed from the beginning. Special thanks to Ceder, Lino, Adnan, Poli, nicole guest relations, rizza! They are those of the amazing people in the hotel!

The pool team was friendly, attentive, and professional. The pool areas were clean and well maintained, creating a relaxing environment for guests. The staff were always available when needed and contributed to making the pool experience enjoyable and comfortable.

The bar team deserves special recognition for their excellent service and friendly attitude. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and always ready to prepare drinks with care. The atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable, and the team helped make every evening more pleasant. Their professionalism and positive energy really stood out.

The Main Restaurant at Michelangelo Resort & Spa offers a wonderful dining experience. The food selection was varied, fresh, and well presented, with plenty of choices to suit different tastes. The restaurant itself has a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere, making every meal enjoyable.

The staff deserve special recognition for their excellent service. Joshua, Apple, Claire, Luisa, Thomas, Irine they were friendly, attentive, and professional, always making sure guests were comfortable and well taken care of. Tables were kept clean and organized, and the team worked efficiently even during busy hours.

Overall, my experience at Michelangelo Resort & Spa was excellent. Every department showed professionalism, teamwork, and genuine hospitality. Me and my partner stayed at this hotel recently and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect experience, it was absolutely beautiful. The views from our room and the infinity pool were outstanding, the room was perfectly looked after, clean and spacious and the food from the buffet and both restaurants was incredible, we’d definitely recommend trying both. The staff were all truly welcoming, lovely and kind and really made our stay memorable and special. I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody staying in Kos, we really loved our stay and would happily return again!

This is our second time at Michaelangelo the hotel still has its high standards the cleaners work very hard along with the staff everyone has a smile. The infinity pool is the best by far my only negative was children and babies being allowed in the main pool with nappies on.We spoke to the life guard he said they were not allowed in the main pool they had to use the children’s pool which is a few steps away from the main pool.He then allowed three small children in the pool and never said anything to them. Children should not be allowed in a pool where adults are drinking as there is a swim up bar for me this was very disappointing and for that reason I wouldn’t pick this hotel again babies in a pool with nappies on is not a five star hotel in my view.
