Fantastic holiday
We had a wonderful experience with Georgina, our housekeeper at the hotel. She was always friendly, polite and professional, and our room was kept beautifully clean and tidy every day.
She paid great attention to detail and made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. Georgina is a real credit to the hotel, and her hard work and kindness made our stay even more enjoyable.

Attention to detail for all our needs!
We’ve had a wonderful second trip to Michelangelo Resort. The first time we came was pre-kids. This time we have returned with our 11 & 9 year old. The staff have made our experience remarkable and unforgettable. Elena & George (from Guest Relations) have taken great care of us as our daughter celebrated her birthday and with booking a Jet Ski excursion. Arvin has been our favourite waiter at dinner time - he remembers our drink orders before we’re even seated for dinner and tops them up before we can even place a request. Violetta has been a great manager on the restaurant floor. Moreover, the sous chef - Constantinos (spelling?) has taken great care of me with my severe shellfish and crustacean allergy. I have eaten all my meals without anxiety or stress. Thank you Team for making our trip such a wonderful experience!
A Beautiful Place to Stay
Wow! I thought it was incredible last year, but it seems to have improved a little more since then. The Hotel is impeccable, set in such a beautiful area of Kos overlooking the Aegean Sea. The rooms are cleaned daily, as well as all of the facilities. The team who serve at the restaurants and bars are super helpful and friendly. They provide the very best service from morning to night. It's absolutely worth every penny to come here, the All Inclusive package is amazing value and I assure you that you'll never go hungry. The reception team are really polite and helpful, and the Guest Relations are awesome. Nothing ever seems too much trouble to help you enjoy your stay here. We've been 3 times now and I know we'll go back and we're even hoping to stay longer next time - it literally is that good.

Beautiful luxury hotel
We very much enjoyed our third stay at this hotel. The views of Turkey and the sparkling sea are breathtaking. It is located in a secluded spot with pleasant sea breezes and is a truly relaxing experience. My daughter loved spending time with Victoria in the Kid’s club and we all relished each delicious meal. Angela and Alket in the restaurant welcomed us daily and provided excellent, friendly service. Elena and George resolved any issues with great professionalism and humour to ensure that we enjoyed our stay. The Soy restaurant is well worth a visit, we also loved the high quality, spectacular views and lovely staff at the Mediterranean restaurant breakfast. Valerie provided a great massage in the spa and all staff were welcoming and helped to make it a great spa visit. The beach in the evening is quiet and lovely, but bring beach shoes so you can take a dip as it is pebbly. We certainly hope to visit again.

Excellent staff.
Great stay thanks to the amazing staff! I’m just back from a lovely two week stay. In short:
- the hotel was very relaxing,
- the staff all very friendly and attentive,
- Zia was well worth a visit for the sunset,
- Infinity pool beautiful (but overcrowded) so make the most of the upper pool which was very relaxing and always plenty of space,
- It has a lovely pebble beach so take beach shoes,
- The buffet meals were all excellent and even better than the two à la carts,
- Plenty of space in the en suite rooms.
Tips and improvements needed:
- Shower was not very warm and limited pressure.
- On all but the last 2 day (for me) the pools were too cold to swim in and this was mid August.
- Definitely bring water shoes for the beach.
- The hotel falls short of most 5* hotels that I’ve stayed in HOWEVER- most 5* hotels charge a lot more. Therefore I honestly think that whilst it’s not a 5* standard, it’s absolutely worth the money.
