The hotel is situated in the southwest side of Kefalonia Island and specifically in the tranquil surroundings of the Lassi coastline just 2km from Argostoli, the capital city of Kefalonia. Set just above a small sandy beach. The hotel offers spectacular view to the bay of Lixouri. The crystal clear waters make the beach ideal for swimming but also exploring the seabed. A large swimming pool with section for children, a tennis court, a ping-pong table or nights with live Greek music are only some of the kinds of entertainment offered by the hotel.

Our favourite please....ever
This was our 5th visit to this wonderful hotel. We stayed in August with our 2 children and we always have the best week here. The staff are always so welcoming to us and always go above and beyond. Katerina is wonderful who we have the pleasure of dealing with every year.
The hotel is absolutely spotless and the cleaners do such an amazing job , we book the same room every year and our cleaners Anna and Maria are truly wonderful. The breakfast is plentiful and varied and topped up always so you are never short on food no matter what time you arrive. They had some entertainment on during our week which is always lovely and the children really enjoy dancing to.
The location is ideal, 10 minutes from the aiport, a 5 minute walk to the nearest taverna's you are really spoilt for choice in Lassi there is so many. The beach has great access from the lift in the hotel, and its soft sand. We rented pedalo's from the beach and brought an umbrella from the shop for 7 Euros for our beach days!
We were in peak summer holidays and we always found people reserving the beds around the pool for hours but its no fault of the hotel. One always became available eventually.
We always sleep so well here, its peaceful, the rooms are cool, sea view balcony is a perfect place to watch the sunsets.
We call this place home and cant wait to visit again.

Ticked the boxes
The Mediteranee has much to offer: Positives: Superb location directly on a beautiful beach. Clean well appointed bedrooms (we had a seaview - room 246). Downside was that the shower was in the bath, involving a nylon shower curtain. The water was always hot though. Excellent breakfast offering with the choice of eating indoors or outdoors (too many wasps for outdoor eating for us!) Friendly and helpful reception staff. Negatives: Poor quality cocktails Unfriendly pool bar man - I asked for two beers the day prior to us leaving and he just grunted and said 'no beers'. He wasnt any better on the day we arrived either. The pool bar was our first stop after unpacking, and we didn't get a smile or a greeting. Not a great welcome to the hotel! Lack of atmosphere in the hotel in general (this might be down to it being the end of the season)? Beach restaurant looked run down and soulless. Overall the hotel ticked the boxed for our 4 night stay. Would we stay again, no. It is too big for us and lacks the charm and Greek hospitality we look for in Kefalonia

Location great for beach
Location for the beach was perfect, lift down to -1 level short walk through enclosed tunnel and down 28 steps onto the beach Atmosphere ok very quiet, mainly more elderly people Rooms on the small size and balcony’s so close you could hear everything next door was saying Breakfast for us , wasn’t good at all Why can’t you cook the eggs in front of us, as so many other hotels do
Glad we was only B/B And it’s quite steep hill up to the main strip which has some lovely restaurants in not many bars although Veronica’s bar and so simple bar were a good find

An amazing hotel, private beach, good food and friendly staff. Would definitely go again. Close to all amenities.
