Shocking service and attitude from staff .
Called for brunch , used to be a favourite haunt on our holiday in kefalonia. Been here loads of times . What’s changed ? Shocking service , infact no service , we waited ages for a waiter . When one did come out they served people next to us then went back inside despite us going into the hotel to ask to be served . Won’t return .

Special treat in a special room for a special event
Location is perfect over looking the harbour Staff were lovely most obliging a few issues but was delt with quickly The included buffet breakfast was very good our morning waiter Avis made our stay very special he was very attentive 5 STAR We had the master suite with jacuzzi and sea view for a special bday treat & it was made very special Yes it’s a little tired in places it’s 4 star rating I think you have to remember it is Greece ..the restaurant meals we had 2 evening meals one was ok & one was awful but the waiter appreciated our issues and did his best to resolve but overall really enjoyed it & would love to revisit especially in this special room

A special hotel
A truly special hotel with a wonderful atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable. The location is excellent, and the views are absolutely stunning. We had a wonderful stay and would gladly come back!
