Great views and pool area
Stunning pool area and views. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nearest village wonderful with enough bars and restraunts of good quality. Unfortunately there were a few issues. Had to visit reception on 3 occasions to raise issues of toilet flushing issues, safe not opening and air con not working. To obtain the stunning views the hotel is at the end of the road and has ( we counted) 100 stairs to get from the road up to our room and that includes 3 lifts. By the end of each day we had had enough of the stairs. Room basic and functional- just about but very tired. We had a corner bath with shower attachment above- no enclosure so the water went everywhere.

Great luxurious hotel with great views
Great hospitality from the hosts. Excellent breakfast, good and tasty buffet selection in dinner. All common areas are clean and tidy. Rooms are spacious and elegant.

We had a really lovely stay at Kefalonia Bay Palace! The hotel was beautiful, the view was amazing, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and comfortable, and we really enjoyed our time there. Would definitely come back!
