Sani Dunes

Wow!! This is our 5th time at Sani resort (2nd at Dunes) and it was the best week ever. We chose Sani Dunes as we wanted something ‘safe’ for my teen son and his friend that we took along. Firstly, we were greeted by the incredible Elena, manager of guest relations. We met her 2 years ago when she looked after us and it was the best surprise ever that her lovely smile greeted us upon arrival! When I say nothing is too much trouble - it really isn’t. She has an amazing knack of anticipating what will help you experience an amazing and seamless holiday - Elena is so perceptive and proactive - friendly, with a fabulous sense of humour, whilst maintaining the upmost professionalism. Not easy to pull off! She helped us sort out a boat trip as timings were a little tricky - helped with all of our (ever changing!) restaurant reservations etc. She helped reassure me as my son has a serious shellfish allergy. She went above and beyond in speaking directly to the restaurant to make sure he was looked after when he went alone with his friend. Of course the rest of the team at Sani are amazing. It was lovely to see Nikos the GM and Andeea. We had some exceptional food and service, especially at Ergon, as usual (shout out to Petros!- best last night/ thank you ) And the new Avli restaurant were exceptional. Thank you Sani team for our best holiday filled with wonderful memories of amazing people 💕

We have been going to Sani for twenty years and it only gets better. The facilities are outstanding. There are so many restaurants offering varied menus. Our favourite is Vosperos and excellent Greek restaurant and one only discovered last night, Cabana. The dine around menu was very good, the staff very friendly and the meals generous. I would say, the best Greek salad ( a much researched dish during the week) was at the beautiful Ammos restaurant. As the staff at Sani are all excellent, nevertheless, there is one staff member that really offers extraordinary service. Her name is Meropi who is part of the guest relations team. Her help and inside knowledge is excellent. She has done so much to make our stay so very good and we were extremely happy to have her, yet again, as our particular contact. Sani are so lucky with their staff but I believe Meropi is an outstanding member of their team.

Resort was fantastic, service, food and cleanliness all superb. Maria from Sani Dunes was fabulous 😃
