Sani Dunes

We have just spent 10 unforgettable nights at Sani Dunes, staying in a Deluxe Collection One Bedroom Suite, and I can honestly say that this has been one of the most exceptional hotel experiences our family has ever had.

Over the years, we have stayed at Sani Club many times, but this year we decided to spend our holiday at Sani Dunes—and it exceeded every expectation.

First and foremost, I would like to express our deepest gratitude to Ioanna, our concierge. She was simply outstanding. She was always there whenever we needed anything, no matter how small or large the request. She genuinely cared about our family, constantly checked that everything was perfect, and made us feel truly valued throughout our stay. Her kindness, professionalism, warmth, and beautiful smile made a lasting impression on us. Thank you, Ioanna—you are a true credit to Sani.

Our suite was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views and impeccable housekeeping. I have stayed in many luxury hotels around the world, but the level of cleanliness throughout the entire resort is truly remarkable. Everything—from our room to the common areas, restaurants, pools, gardens, and beach—was maintained to perfection.

The beach deserves special recognition. It is immaculate, with crystal-clear, shallow water, making it absolutely perfect for families with young children. As parents, this gave us incredible peace of mind and allowed us to truly relax.

The food throughout the resort was excellent. Every restaurant we visited delivered high-quality cuisine and wonderful service. What impressed us even more was the staff. Every single employee we met—whether on the beach, in the restaurants, or around the resort—was friendly, hardworking, genuinely welcoming, and always smiling. I honestly don’t know how Sani manages to build such an incredible team, but they should be extremely proud of every single person working there.

We travel extensively and stay exclusively in five-star luxury hotels around the world, so we know exactly what outstanding hospitality looks. After leaving Sani, we continued our holiday by staying at Ekies All Senses and Pomegranate. Unfortunately, after the exceptionally high standards we experienced at Sani, both hotels were a huge disappointment for us. They simply did not meet our expectations in terms of service, attention to detail, cleanliness, organisation or overall guest experience. Once you have experienced the level of hospitality that Sani offers, it is very difficult not to compare everything else to it.

This made us appreciate Sani even more. It truly operates in a league of its own and has completely changed our expectations of what a luxury family resort should be.

Sani is not just a luxury resort—it creates an atmosphere where families can truly relax. Everything is perfectly organised. There is complete tranquillity, no unnecessary noise, beautifully maintained surroundings, outstanding facilities for children, and service that is consistently delivered with genuine care.

One of the things that impressed us most was the extraordinary attention to detail. The gardens are absolutely breathtaking. Every lawn, every flower, every pathway looks immaculate. The entire resort is maintained to an incredibly high standard, yet you never feel disturbed by maintenance work or noise. Everything simply works seamlessly behind the scenes.

The evening entertainment is also wonderful—tasteful, enjoyable, and perfectly suited to the elegant atmosphere of the resort.

Congratulations to the entire Sani management team. Creating and maintaining a resort of this calibre requires extraordinary leadership, attention to detail, and an exceptional team. It is evident in every single aspect of the guest experience.

Sani Dunes is worth every single euro. It is not simply a hotel—it is an experience that stays with you long after you leave.

We are already looking forward to returning, and I have absolutely no doubt that we will be back again.

As a 3 generations family we spent a great VOLVO Tour guided by Mr. Vangelis. The tour is complimentary and bookable via your hotel service assistant. Mr. Vangelis - who is a hiker ad well - is very professionell, entertaining and has a great knowledge of history, economy, the region of Thessaloniki and Chalkidiki and the flora. He even brought a bottle of bubbly Rosé we enjoyed near the tower with a nice sea view. We can absolutey recommend the tour - don‘t miss it!

Our stay was absolutely perfect from beginning to end. The hotel is beautiful, the beach is stunning, and every member of the staff made us feel incredibly welcome.

One of the things we appreciated the most was the variety of food available at the buffet. There were so many delicious options to choose from, including gluten-free and sugar-free choices, which made a huge difference for us and showed the hotel’s attention to different dietary needs. Every meal was fresh, varied, and enjoyable.

What made this holiday truly exceptional, however, was Elena. She went above and beyond every single day to make our stay special. She was always there with a warm smile, ready to help with anything we needed, and her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care never went unnoticed.

Elena made us feel valued and looked after throughout our entire stay. It is rare to meet someone who leaves such a lasting impression, but she certainly did. She turned a wonderful holiday into an unforgettable experience, and we are incredibly grateful for everything she did for us.

Thank you to the entire team for such an amazing holiday. We will happily return, and honestly, seeing Elena again would be one of the biggest reasons we’d love to come back next year.
