Wonderful Holiday at Sani Dunes
My husband and I have recently returned from a fabulous two week holiday in Sani Dunes. This was our second visit to the resort and it did not disappoint. We had a beautifully furnished room with a grand balcony. The room was spacious and the balcony private. Housekeeping did an amazing job ensuring our room was spotlessly clean and had a fresh supply of clean towels twice daily.
The standard of the food at the Sani resort is high. Our favourite restaurants were Psaroyannos located at the Marina and the Grill by the Pool at Sani Beach hotel. Excellent food at both of these restaurants.
Sani Dunes is a high end hotel providing excellent service in a friendly informal manner. Although all the staff are very attentive, a special mention to Meropi in Guest Relations for ensuring our stay was as special and memorable as possible. From ensuring we had plenty of tea bags in our room for our early morning cup of tea on the balcony, to arranging for the on site church to be opened for us to view the inside of this stunning building. Nothing was too much trouble for her to arrange. She genuinely is a helpful, valuable employee who actively contributes to the success of the Sani organization. Another special mention goes to Katerina from the Sani Dunes pool bar who ensured we had towels for the loungers and drinks and snacks whenever required.
I have no hesitation in recommending Sani Dunes and look forward to visiting the Sani resort in the very near future.
Unbeatable in our view
We have just returned from our second visit to the magnificent Sani Dunes hotel. There are so many qualities that make Sani one of the best resorts in Europe. Beautiful scenic beach location with soft white sand, large swimming pools and impeccable gardens. There are more than twenty restaurants and bars to choose from in the whole resort on the dine around or a la carte programme -our favourites being Beach House, Ammos, Cabana, Psaroyiannos (Johnny Fish!), Vosporos and the mid pool Pool Bar. Our only disappointment was El Puerto Spanish restaurant due to the extortionate price for the grilled prawns!! There is an excellent buggy and Volvo car service around the resort all with very friendly drivers Sani Dunes offers a wonderful relaxed and peaceful atmosphere with large suites and balconies and excellent room maid service. The cleanliness runs throughout the hotel.
But above all are the staff and the superb hotel management team headed by Mr Nikos, the General Manager and Andreea, the Assistant Manager. We must give a very special mention to Sia from the Support Team who looked after our every need. Above and beyond.
Also a special mention for Maria from the Support Team, Mr Klinsman, Patricia and Robert from the Dunes beach team and Mr Vagellis, Manager of the Beach House restaurant. The professionalism, welcome and etiquette are superb throughout. Finally a special mention for the team of gardeners and their work in keeping Sani Dunes so beautiful. A big thanks thank you to all the team at Sani Dunes and throughout the resort. We are greatly looking forward to our next visit

Another Perfect Stay
We have just spent a fabulous week at Sani Dunes. We have been visiting every year since the hotel opened in 2017. This is a lovely hotel, brilliantly run by GM Mr Nikos Ouzounis and his AGM Andreea Trifan.They both deliver Greek hospitality at its best. Nikos Ouzounis is very kind, thoughtful and generous and expects the highest standards delivered to his guests and Andreea Trifan who brings her Guest Relations experience and genuine warmth and kindness always ensuring our stay is as perfect as can be. Behind them is an incredible team spread across all departments. Special thanks to Maria from Guest Relations for always making sure we were having the best time and checking whether we needed anything and also to Elena.
The standards continue to be exceptionally high especially where customer service is concerned. The beach under the direction of Klisman, pool areas and gardens are always maintained beautifully. The hotel has 3 lovely restaurants and several bars all of a high standard. Special thanks to Vaggelis, Vasilis,Yianis and the team, Eletheria and her team, the Fresco team. Jurgen and the pool bar team. Our Grand Balcony Suite had everything we needed and was always serviced to a high standard.
We love this hotel so much and look forward to our next visit. Thank you all for your wonderful hospitality.

Amazing Sani Dunes (and it keeps getting better)
My husband and I have just returned from a 5 day stay (not enough but we wanted to squeeze a trip back here before work and health commitments. I think this is our 7th trip to Dunes (10 years at Sani) having previously stayed in each of the hotels in the resort. Dunes in our opinion is simply the best. It is run by the "dream team" that is Nikos and Andreea. We stepped into the hotel to be met by both of them for our annual lovely genuine hugs and smiles and catch up. We were checked in by the lovely Marjie - very confident, smiley and professional. In our short stay she visited us every day to make sure everything was going well. Christiana was also a delight to see and we were delighted that she is the manager of Fresco. Fresco is one of the best in the resort. Flavours are amazing and it was very interesting to hear how the dishes are created. Amazing chefs. Katsu always stands out for us. Lovely to see Daniel leading a very professional and friendly team! Vangellis at The Beach House as always, was warm and welcoming and it is always great to see him alongside all of the Dunes Beach house team. We had a wonderful first night meal here!. Ouzerie at Club was a delicious black card meal for us and the chefs prepared the red snapper beautifully. Ergon Deli was delicious at lunch and their home made pasta and Seafood Orzo was wonderful. We also had a fun time with everyone at the Creperie. Our new favourite evening place with great DJs and a great vibe. As always a trip, to Macaroni to see everyone was brilliiant. A fun filled evening and the staff are truly fabulous here. We stayed in a one bedroom grand balcony suite which was gorgeous. Amazing balcony it will definitely be the one to book next year. George and the team at Dunes pool bar are hard working and lovely to chat too each day and making sure we havd all we need. We enjoyed cocktails at Bousoulas beach too. I csnnot recommend Dunes enough ... I find it hard to imagine not staying here for a year so I am afraid you are stuck with us!!!! Sending lots of love to the staff expecting their babies from shortly too!!! Cannot wait to come back next year and hope to meet them. Big shout out to the landscaping team too. Ten Years of Sani, never disappointed
Our tenth year at Sani and our eighth at Sani Dunes, and the service is every bit as good as when we first came. Nikos and Andrea go above and beyond with their hospitality and it's their warmth and professionalism that sets the tone for the hotel, their service level bar is at the very top.
The beautiful spa is always a highlight for us, Anna is nothing short of a magician, we came out of every treatment feeling (and looking) brand new.
We made good use of the gym, and the range of exercise classes, walks, guided runs and more means there's something for everyone. Bikes are easily available to hire if you want to explore the local area. The 50m wide pool at Dunes is a swimmer's dream, with lovely long lengths and plenty of space. At the pool bar Jurgen is always smiling making sure everyone is happy.
Vagellis at the Beach House is a real asset to the hotel, attentive without ever being intrusive and the lovely Gianni always goes above and beyond. Breakfast, lunch or dinner here is always a delight.
Breakfast at Sani Dunes is just wonderful so fresh, so much choice - utter deliciousness and more. Beyond Sani Dunes, the choice of restaurants is exceptional and we never had a bad meal. This trip our favourites were Ergon (so good we went twice), Asian, Macaroni, Vosporos and Lima (the crab tostados and tempura prawns were divine).
Klinsman, Sona and the beach team keep everything immaculate. There was always plenty of room on the beach, sun beds are very well spaced and the sea was still warm enough for a proper swim even at the end of September.
We met so many fellow repeaters during our stay, which comes as no surprise when you are never disappointed. Thank you to everyone at Sani Dunes. See you in 2027!
