⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Relaxing Luxury Stay with Excellent Service
We had a wonderful stay at Mirage Thermal Spa Hotel. The property is very impressive—everything looks modern, new, and exceptionally well maintained.
The location right on the beach is perfect, with a private beach offering comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas, making it easy to relax by the sea.
The evening entertainment was of high quality, creating a peaceful and enjoyable atmosphere without being overwhelming. The entire resort has a calm and relaxing vibe.
The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. A special highlight was the excellent barista-made coffee, which is a rare and much-appreciated touch.
Overall, this is an excellent hotel for anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and high-quality vacation. We would happily stay here again.

HORRIBLE, AVOID
Our stay at the Miraggio Thermal Spa Resort from June 14th to June 17th was profoundly disappointing and fell far short of standard 5-star expectations. Despite the high rate of €360 per night, the severe lack of professionalism, poor conditions, and unfulfilled management promises compelled us to check out one day ahead of schedule.Severe Sleep Disturbance and Unfulfilled Refund PolicyThe resort permitted excessively loud music directly adjacent to the guest rooms past midnight, causing significant distress to families with young children. Upon raising this issue, front desk personnel incorrectly stated they possessed a license to operate at high decibel levels next to family quarters until 2:00 AM.Due to these untenable disruptions, management explicitly promised a full refund for our final night to facilitate our early departure. However, this commitment was violated; the resort retained the full payment, and Booking.com was only able to secure a 50% partial refund on their behalf. Full photographic evidence documenting our communication with the hotel management regarding these issues is attached to this review. Furthermore, an official complaint has been formally lodged with the Greek Ministry of Tourism and the local police department concerning the noise violations and the resort’s fraudulent claims of holding a late-night music license.Substandard Dining and Confrontational ManagementThe culinary experience was disorganized, exceptionally noisy, and marred by poorly trained staff. At the beach restaurant, we were served an inedible portion of calamari. When we requested its removal from the bill, the restaurant manager, Yanis, reacted with unacceptable aggression. He forced us to pay for the item, exhibiting a complete lack of basic customer service and professional conflict resolution.Lack of Leadership and Misrepresented FacilitiesUpper management remained entirely indifferent to these severe operational lapses. Furthermore, the property fails to match its promotional imagery:Beach Conditions: The beach is rocky, unmaintained, and littered with debris, including cigarette butts in areas where children play. It was not cleaned once during our stay.Sunbed Layout: Space on the shore is highly limited, with only a single row of sunbeds on the sand while the rest are positioned on the upper steps.Room Quality: Guest accommodations appear dated and are greatly in need of renovation.Hidden Fees for Core AmenitiesThe resort charges high premiums for standard amenities that are typically complimentary at this price point:Kids' Club: The on-site children's area is not only paid for babysitting services but requires an additional fee for standard, unsupervised playtime.Spa Access: Despite advertising as a luxury thermal spa destination, guests must pay an additional €20 per day simply to access the spa facilities.We strongly advise prospective travelers to seek alternative accommodations that honor their financial commitments and maintain true 5-star standards.
Family Vacation
Our family had a wonderful stay at Miraggio Thermal Spa Resort. We traveled with my husband, our son, his wife, and our 2.5-year-old grandchild, and from the very first moment we felt truly welcomed. The arrival experience was outstanding. The staff greeted us professionally, took care of our luggage and parked our car while we relaxed on the beautiful terrace overlooking the sea and enjoyed our first drink. It was a perfect start to our holiday. We stayed in the Miraggio Club rooms, and I highly recommend booking this category. The rooms are incredibly spacious, beautifully designed, and offer stunning sea views. Some rooms even have a private pool, although we chose one without it. The Clarins toiletries were excellent, the minibar was always well stocked, the coffee machine was a great addition, and whenever we needed anything, the staff fulfilled our requests immediately. Room comfort deserves a perfect 10/10. The Miraggio Club benefits are definitely worth it. The exclusive breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay, with an excellent buffet and an à la carte menu prepared to your wishes. Breakfast was simply outstanding – 10/10. The beach is beautiful, clean, and very well organized. Guests can choose from different types of sunbeds, while Miraggio Club guests also have access to an exclusive beach area with premium loungers. Everything feels elegant, luxurious, and relaxing. Dinner offered a wide variety of food. While the quality was good, I personally missed more authentic Mediterranean specialties. The selection was extensive, perhaps even too large, but not always focused on local cuisine. I would rate dinner 8/10. The hotel staff were exceptional throughout our stay. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Housekeeping was excellent, the room was serviced several times a day if requested, evening turndown service was provided, and towels and bathrobes were always available. Service overall deserves 10/10. The only area that could be improved is the dinner service. Used plates were sometimes left on the table for too long instead of being cleared promptly. Another small suggestion would be to display the opening hours of the hotel shops more clearly. We found the shops closed several times without knowing their operating hours. We also enjoyed the many sports activities the resort offers, which made our holiday even more enjoyable. Overall, Miraggio Thermal Spa Resort is a beautiful luxury resort with outstanding service, fantastic facilities, spacious rooms, and an unforgettable atmosphere. Despite a few minor points for improvement, we would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality holiday in Greece.

Amazing atmosphere for relaxing holiday...
DISASTER
The hotel’s beach smelled like sewage. We were told they were aware of the problem, but it remained unbearable every day throughout our 9-day stay.
The beach service was terrible. The young woman working there was very rude and constantly forgot our orders.
When we checked out, the hotel even tried to charge us for someone else’s expenses. Fortunately, we noticed the mistake and they were unable to do so.
As for breakfast, it was a complete disaster. The food trays were often empty and were not refilled promptly. The selection was very poor, especially for small children and babies—there was practically nothing suitable for them.
The restaurants were divided in a way that guests dining in the regular restaurant had very limited options, while the “Member Club” restaurant offered a much better selection. This is extremely disrespectful and unacceptable, considering that everyone pays for a five-star hotel experience, which this hotel simply does not provide.
Housekeeping was also very disappointing. The bed linens were not changed, even after we requested it several times. Fresh towels were often not delivered until 9:00 p.m., despite multiple phone calls, and this happened every other day.
Overall, this was a huge disappointment, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The only positive aspect is the beautiful surroundings. Everything else was a complete disaster.
