The establishment is located in the centre of the famous village Hanioti of Halkidiki Peninsula, in 100m from the beach. It is 90 km from Thessaloniki airport, 20 km fron Kassandria and 100m from the bus station. The Village is located between 2 other nice picturesque villages Pefkohori and Polichorno. It is a leratively large village; guest will not have trouble in getting in mood every night. There are numerous bars, pubs, cafes, some with live orchestra and certainly the tavernas. Guest will find formal dinner menus in the restaurants of first class hotels. The rooms are elegant and bright, furnished with modern furniture and equipped with all comforts and provide a TV and fridge. Free WiFi access is available in public areas. The clients can enjoy the water sports on the beach of Hanioti which was awarded with Blue Flag.

YOU CAN FIND A BETTER HOTEL. NOT 4 STARS
Good location, big and clean pool. It doesn't deserve 4 stars, insufficient staff, at the pool the covers on the sunbeds were dirty and stained, the rooms were dirty, dust and hairs everywhere (the cleaning was done by the rescue or not at all), weak wi-fi in the room, the breakfast Horror-no you also have something to eat. The beach in front of the hotel is full of stones and boulders.

Pure disaster. If you want to have your holiday ruined, come to its hotel. This is a 1 star hotel not 4 star. Dirty everywhere, don't clean the rooms, don't change the towels, the breakfast is miserable. Don't be fooled by them, you will have your holiday ruined.

Disgusting! 🤮 The toilet is filthy, the tiles and the bathtub are yellowed from dirt and there is mold all around the edges. The furniture in the room is from 1970. There is spiderweb almost everywhere in the room. I can't upload images, I don't know why, when I click on the icon, it doesn't allow me to upload any image. If I can post the pictures later, you will be able to see what a disaster it is.
SHAME OF A HOTEL
The most disgusting hotel i've ever been.The outside look is ok but inside it is such a ruin,especialy the rooms.Old furniture,uncomfortable beds,worst pillows ever,the bathroom is awwww the biges disaster that words can nit describe, something like a abandoned old building.The breakfast is sooo poor, no fresh fruit at all,3 or maybe 4 foods to choose, no many tipes of bread only one tipe-white.There are people who can not eat white bread, so for the hotel with 4 stars you can not allow such a thing.there is an old lady i suppose she is an owner.THIS HOTEL NEEDS A MENAGER not an old stingy lady to lead it. This hotel deserves 2 stars
A Truly Disappointing Stay I can honestly say I've never stayed in a worse hotel. In 10 days, the bedsheets weren't changed, nor were the towels replaced. There's no water pressure in the shower, making showering after the beach a real adventure. The TV in the room works, but there are no channels or cable. The Wi-Fi signal is terrible. The only person who spoke and understood English was a waiter who arrived four days into our stay. If I had anything positive to say, I would, but I simply don't. I would urge all serious travel agencies to remove this hotel from their offerings, as continuing to feature it would make them complicit in what feels like outright deception.
