Excellent return visit - great food, drinks, service and cleanliness
Third stay at Ikos, second at Olivia and was as good as ever. Excellent food, excellent service and easy experience. Special shout out to Alex and Jan in Ouzo, Dimitris by the pool, and Agapi in the garden who always made us feel extra special and were extremely personable. We would love to have more flexibility on restaurant bookings, as we were lucky to make all our bookings on arrival but there was no room for change your mind.
Excellent Return visit ,but needs better booking system for restaurants
Excellent return holiday to ikos Olivia ,stunning hotel in beautiful ground .we stayed in a downstairs garden room next to the tennis courts & close to main road outside the hotel,it was a lovely room but unfortunately a little noisy on times .food was excellent but had real difficulty booking reservations for restaurant for the evening meal which took the edge of our holiday.apparently you can email the hotel 3 months be your holiday to book your reservation for restaurant.but overall the hotel experience was relaxing staff very pleasant & professional .we would recommend the wine tasting in the garden room in the afternoon,Vicky was excellent host.garden room was also our favourite place for breakfast specially because it’s adults only. Agapi was our favourite waitress in the garden room & beach buddy dimitris was outstanding & beach drinks service girl ana was also fantastic ,corinne in the ouzo Greek restaurant was amazingly again..spa pool was the go to place for a peaceful swim specially after 6 pm .hope this helps future guests make the most of beautiful ikos Olivia 🤩
A place with special service that deserve to visit
For the second time, we visited this excelent place with amazing service. Friendly and kind staff ready to serve you. Restaurants with very tasty high-level menus. Various activities for all ages. We would like to thank especially from the management Fotini,Nikki,Vassilis they made us feel special with their warm welcome. Also Eleni,Theo,Stella and Paschalis frrom the Lobby Bar ready to serve us with a smile all day long and Chris from breakfast in Flavors. We will definitely be back soon.
An AMAZING experience
My husband and I spent 5 amazing days at Ikos Olivia in the beginning of July 2026. We chose a Deluxe one bedroom villa and got the deluxe collection benefits. The resort is relatively small but big enough to offer many different activities and restaurants/bars. The grounds are very well maintained and the room was spacious, quiet and had everything we needed. What really stood out for us was the service level. I can't speak highly enough of all the staff in the restaurants, bars, reception, spa, concierge and even the room services. Everyone was super kind, helpful and accommodating. We had an AMAZING time at Ikos Olivia, and we would definitely visit the place again.

Ikos Olivia - Simply The Best!
Well, what can I say other than a BIG thank you to Ikos Olivia for an absolutely incredible holiday. We had the most amazing experience. There are honestly so many positive things I could say that it’s hard to know where to start.
This was our 8th Ikos holiday in as many years, and having stayed at Ikos Olivia back in 2019, we were really excited to return and see the refurbishment. I have to say, it has been done superbly. The refreshed interiors of the rooms and restaurants give the resort a modern, elegant feel, while still retaining the charm that made us fall in love with Olivia in the first place. The addition of the Potami Bar is fantastic and a great new space to relax.
The grounds are simply stunning. Walking around Ikos Olivia feels like strolling through a botanical garden, with beautifully maintained walkways and beautifully throughout plants at every turn. It really adds something special to the whole experience and gives you a sense of zen.
As for the food, it was as good as we’ve ever enjoyed at any Ikos resort. Every meal was exceptional and I honestly couldn’t speak highly enough of each restaurant or dish we enjoyed. (And we enjoyed many!!!).
What really stood out most though, was the service. Every single member of staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The warmth, professionalism and genuine care shown throughout the resort were second to none.
There are far too many wonderful people to mention, but a few who really stood out were:
- Agapi at Garden Restaurant
- Evelyn (and colleagues) at the Crèche
- Pantelis and Maricel at Provence
- Jan at Ouzo
- Gabriel, our fantastic beach waiter
- And of course, the amazing Niki from the management team, who worked tirelessly to ensure every guest was happy and was always genuinely interested in hearing feedback. Thank you, Niki, and everyone mentioned above -you are all a real credit to Ikos Resorts.
A special mention also goes to the entertainment team. The dancers were fantastic and the bouzouki player and Greek dancers at Ouzo created such a wonderful atmosphere. (The plate smashing was fun!).
I could go on, but if I had to sum up Ikos Olivia in a few words, I’d say it offers the perfect combination of an established resort that knows exactly what it is, exceptional staff who genuinely care and beautifully modern facilities, all while maintaining a more intimate and relaxed feel. We’ve found that newer resorts often take a few years to develop that character, but Ikos Olivia has absolutely nailed it.
For that reason, I’d honestly rank this holiday as our favourite of the 8 Ikos holidays we’ve enjoyed over the years.
