Exceptional as always – our best stay yet!
We have just returned from another wonderful stay at Ikos Olivia, and somehow it continues to get better every time we visit. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, everything was exceptional. It genuinely felt like our best stay yet. The biggest reason we return to Olivia is the people. The hotel itself is beautiful, the food and facilities are fantastic, but it is the warmth of the team and the level of personal service that make this place so special. It was lovely to see so many familiar faces again, while also meeting newer members of the team who were equally wonderful. A huge thank you to Dimitris and all his team at the Lobby Bar, who looked after us brilliantly throughout our stay, and to everyone at Ouzo – particularly the ever-charming Alex! It was also so lovely to see Thomas at the main pool, Marilena at Potami, Jan at Ouzo, and Pascharlis and Amanda at the Lobby Bar again. Being remembered and welcomed back so warmly makes such a difference and is one of the things that sets Olivia apart.
The management team are exceptional. Athina always makes us feel so welcome and genuinely cares that everything is perfect, and Nikolas went above and beyond throughout our stay. His attention to detail is incredible, and the personalised touches he arranged made an already fantastic holiday even more memorable. There are so many members of the team whose names we haven't mentioned, but without exception everyone we encountered was friendly, attentive and genuinely seemed to want guests to have the best possible experience.
We've stayed at Ikos Olivia several times now, and there is a reason we keep returning. It manages to deliver all the luxury and quality you would expect from Ikos while retaining a wonderfully warm, personal atmosphere. Leaving is always the hardest part!
Thank you to the entire Olivia team for another very special holiday. We can't wait to return next year.

Ikos Olivia amazing experince
It was an excellent experience, very good services, willing to help and accomodate us with the best experience. We had quality time spent here, deffinitelly would come back!
Great swim classes with Despoina!
We absolutely loved Despoina's swim classes for both our children. She is very patient, even with absolute beginners, professional and fun! She knows how to make a child feel comfortable and eager to learn. It was a lovely routine for our kids during our stay at Ikos Olivia
Fantastic swimming lessons and fab instructor!
We booked 5 swimming lessons during our stay at Ikos Olivia and my little girl (age 5) loved them! They were fun and she loved her instructor who was so kind and friendly. Each lesson she played games she enjoyed to build on her swimming skills. I’ve noticed a big difference in her confidence and her swimming after these lessons and she loved wearing the mermaid tail for the mermaid experience during her last lesson!
Amazing holiday
It's quite difficult to put into words just how good this place is. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were incredibly well looked after. Check-in was very personal with a lovely welcoming drink and cool towel. We made it there in time on our first day to enjoy lunch whilst our luggage was taken to our room.
Everything is spotlessly clean, the gardens, pool and beach area are a delight - this is thanks to the incredible staff here who are so friendly, helpful and hard working.
Our room was in the main building with an inland view which was fine for us as we rarely spend much time in our room anyway. That said, the room was very spacious and well laid out with everything that you'd need making it an incredibly comfortable room for us.
Walking around the hotel and grounds was very easy, it took us a day or two to find everything but the resort is a perfect size, not too big, not too small.
Pool areas are really nice and there were always beds available, regardless of the time of day.
We spent a few days on the beach, just as nice but beware the odd stony bit on entering the sea, and a few big rocks towards the deluxe area. The complimentary pedaloes and kayaks were great fun.
Atmosphere in the shared areas, lobby, buffet, pools etc very relaxed and welcoming. The whole feel of the place is so chilled.
Difficult to single out any of the staff as all were amazing. We loved the atmosphere at Ouzo, great music and great fun smashing the plates! All restaurants and the buffet had fantastic food and welcoming feel.
Early check out on our last day and the lunch box we were given on departure was a nice touch.
In summary, we loved it - I am already thinking of coming back to this hotel, or trying an alternative Ikos resort.
