Our family had a truly wonderful and memorable stay. A special thank you to Yaunes, the Guest Relations Manager, whose professionalism, kindness, and genuine attention made our experience even more enjoyable.
Yaunes was always available whenever we needed assistance. He listened carefully to our requests and went above and beyond to ensure that every member of our family felt comfortable and well cared for. His warm personality and dedication made us feel like truly valued guests.
The entire hotel staff was also very friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout our stay. We sincerely appreciate the excellent hospitality we received and would gladly recommend this hotel to others. We hope to return again in the future!

Overall, we had a fantastic stay at Zeus Ajul Hotel and would happily return and recommend it to others.
This was a great resort however it was badly let down by the food. We had fish one evening that was completely raw. Also the meal we had at their Ambrosia Italian restaurant ranks as one of the worst I’ve ever been served. Carpaccio was like eating cuts of meat out of a budget range of packeted beef. The beef tenderloin main was like strips of leather served on a bed of rank gnocchi. Options in the main infinity restaurant were pretty much the same every day and the salad selection was also poor. Poor choice for young children. We have holidayed to Greece a fair bit in recent years and We’ve had significantly better at every other resort we’ve stayed at. On our final day we were being picked up at 8am for our transfer back to the airport. We were told Breakfast started at 7.30am so we could eat before we left. When we were let in at 7.30am there were vast amounts of food that hadn’t been brought out and wasn’t until approx 7.55am. This included all bread and toasters! Our son essentially didn’t have anything to eat that morning as he didn’t like what was set out on time. - If you are going to advertise to guests that breakfast starts at 7.30am then ALL food options should be set out and available from that time and I wouldn’t expect to have to wait 25mins before even the most basic bread and toasters were brought out so that you could at least make yourself some toast. Very poor and just another thing that badly let this place down which was a real shame
We stayed at Ajul last year and had a completely different experience, which is exactly why we decided to return. Unfortunately, this year the quality has dropped significantly.
The buffet was nowhere near a 5-star standard — limited selection, repetitive dishes and overall quality more comparable to a 3-star hotel. The drinks were just as disappointing. Even basic cocktails were poorly prepared and completely different from the quality we enjoyed last year and they were so short in staff
The biggest disappointment came on our final evening. Our agency had arranged a dinner reservation for my husband’s birthday, which the hotel had confirmed in writing. Despite this, when we arrived the staff couldn’t find the reservation and kept us waiting for around 30 minutes while trying to verify it. There was very little concern about the situation, and eventually we were so disappointed that we left the resort and had dinner elsewhere.
Last year Ajul felt special and genuinely luxurious. This year it simply did not feel like the same hotel. Beautiful location and facilities cannot compensate for poor food, poor drinks and service that falls far below 5-star expectations.
Sadly, after returning because of our great experience last year, we left wishing we hadn’t come back.
We stayed at this hotel last week and, overall, it was a truly wonderful and unique experience that we will remember with great pleasure.
The resort is absolutely beautiful: very spacious, elegant, and characterized by an original and refined design. The grounds are impressive, and the atmosphere, enhanced by the music playing throughout the different areas of the hotel, makes everything feel even more relaxing and enjoyable. It is a place with a distinctive character that immediately makes you feel like you are on holiday.
Despite the size of the resort, getting around is very easy thanks to the excellent minivan service. The minivans run approximately every five minutes within the resort and every half hour to the beach. We found this service extremely convenient and appreciated it throughout our entire stay.
A very special thank you goes to Younes, a truly fantastic manager: professional, attentive, friendly, and always available to help. When we needed to change the room we had initially been assigned, he immediately took care of the situation and helped us find a solution very quickly. We truly appreciated his attention and genuine care for the guests.
Overall, the entire staff deserves a compliment. The waiters were always kind, smiling, polite, and helpful, and we felt very welcome throughout our stay.
We also loved the overall atmosphere of the resort: the music, the design, the open spaces, the beautiful surroundings, and the wonderful sense of peace and relaxation. A special mention also goes to the many cats around the resort, who kept us company during our holiday and made some moments even more charming and memorable.
As for the food, we had some excellent experiences at the à la carte restaurants. Dinner at the Italian restaurant was absolutely delicious, and we also really enjoyed the Greek restaurant, both for the quality of the food and the lovely atmosphere.
There are, however, two aspects that we believe could be improved in order to make the overall experience even more complete and fully reflect the standards of a five-star resort.
The first is the all-inclusive buffet. We expected a wider and more varied selection, with more options and greater attention to the overall offering. In particular, we believe the breakfast selection could be significantly improved and expanded. Considering the overall quality of the resort and the excellent standard of both the Italian and Greek restaurants, improving the buffet would make the dining experience much more complete.
The second suggestion concerns the beach area. The beach and its surroundings could be better maintained and given a little more attention. Also, as there are quite a lot of stones, it would be very useful and appreciated if the resort could provide guests with water shoes or, alternatively, offer the option to purchase them directly at the resort.
These suggestions, however, do not change our very positive overall impression of our stay. It is a stunning, unique, and charming resort, with beautiful spacious grounds, thoughtful design, a wonderful atmosphere, and, above all, a kind and helpful team.
