Amazing hotel, amazing staff
Spent 11 days at this resort with the family. Can’t praise the hotel and its staff enough, by far the best accommodation we had in Greece. The place is spotless, cleaners came in every day, the staff are all very welcoming and can’t do enough for you. Breakfast is excellent, very good selection and staff always on hand to replenish everything. Restaurant food also excellent and again, a good selection to suit every taste. All in all a great, relaxing holiday and would highly recommend it. Thank you Cretan dream resort, you are all amazing.

Cretan Dream Spa Hotel is a beautiful hotel with amazing staff who make your holiday a truly memorable experience.
Amazing hotel made so by the people who work here. The hotel was stunning and maid service every day. The hotel staff from reception to restaurant and pool Bar staff are so friendly they cannot do enough for you and want your holiday experience to be special. We had a sea view room which was stunning the sunsets are unreal. We ate 3 times at the hotel and the food was exceptional. Pool bar snacks are also good. Breakfast was lovely there is everything you could want on offer and a lovely outdoor seating area to enjoy breakfast. Theme nights are great especially the Greek music and dancers bbq night. The staff make this hotel it was our first visit and we will definitely be returning!.
Amazing hotel and staff for my local wedding
Best hotel I’ve stayed at, from the beautiful scenery, gorgeous room and the staff are just amazing! I stayed here 11 nights for my wedding, and we had 54 guests also stay with us at the hotel. The staff could not do enough for me and my now husband, and our little boy. We stayed in the honeymoon suite which was just stunning. They accommodated us all for a meal the night before the wedding and even put fireworks and a DJ on for us!! Any request was always a yes, without hesitation. I wish I could give this more than 5 stars! Hotel and rooms were lovely and clean and a shop in the hotel which has everything you need and can use it 24 hours a day. Towel hire was €10 refundable deposit and well worth it, could swap for a clean one anytime. The morning of my wedding the staff brought us fruit platters and prosecco and it just made it even more special.

We spent an unforgettable week at Creta Dream Resort & Spa, and everything was absolutely perfect from the moment we arrived.
The warm welcome, the beautiful surprise in our room, the amazing food, excellent service, reasonable prices, great atmosphere, and daily entertainment made our stay truly special. Every single member of the team—from reception to the restaurant, bar, and housekeeping—was incredibly kind, professional, and always smiling.
I celebrated my 50th birthday here, and they made it more magical than I could ever have imagined. I will always remember the love, care, and special touches that made this milestone so unforgettable.
What made this hotel truly special was the people. We arrived as guests, but we are leaving feeling that we have made wonderful new friends.
I would recommend Creta Dream Resort & Spa to anyone visiting Crete. This was more than just a hotel stay—it became a beautiful memory that will stay in our hearts forever.
Thank you to the entire team for an unforgettable week. Whenever we return to Crete, this will absolutely be our home away from home. ❤️

Not 5* but very good.
Pros: very nice rooms. Cleaned daily. Lovely bar area and views. Fantastic staff. Comfortable lounges. Location is fab if you're happy to catch the local bus.
Cons: Room suffered with ants. Breakfast choice is ok. But they dont label the dishes. My partner is vegetarian and this caused alot of confusion. Second gripe is the cross contamination of different dishes. People seem to use the same spoon for the potatoes and sausages? Why would they allow this to happen. People who have allergies worst nightmare.
Other than that there is very little to complain about. Its a wonderful hotel.
