This hotel and bungalow complex located in Stalis (Crete) offers its guests a unique brand of warmth, hospitality and friendship. The place has 127 double and family rooms in different buildings and it lies only 200 metres away from a beautiful sandy beach and is very convenient for the entertainment and shopping centre in the village itself. There are several swimming pools (also 2 for children) in the grounds and other on-site amenities include a gymnasium and a hot tub. Guests can enjoy themselves playing billiards and table tennis. Other organised activities include bingo and quizzes. The main restaurant offers Greek and international cuisine, and can organise lunch baskets on request, and 3 bars serve coffee, cocktails, etc., the main bar until late. All rooms and bungalows have individually-controlled air-conditioning/heating and a furnished balcony or terrace, etc.

Very welcoming on arrival. Rooms clean,comfy beds. Good shower facilities and great air con. The food on offer is good. The drinks are ok but the lemonade and cola come out of a machine rather flat and the water has a weird taste from the machine so we prefer to drink bought bottled water and fizzy soft drinks. The pool areas are good. Plenty of sunbeds available. The pool bars are well run and provide snacks. All the staff work really hard here. The only complaint is the evening bar . The service is very slow because the barman drinks more shots with guests than actually serving so other guests have to wait patiently in a long queue waiting whilst he pours and drinks shots. Very disappointing service . The bar gets very busy especially when there is entertainment on like tonight . In future we plan to walk into stalis for a drink which is just 10 minutes on foot. Location is great. Nearby bus stops and very close supermarket (to buy drinks from aswell rather than wait for the barman to serve you any!)

Beautiful Crete hotel
The hotel is beautiful Food was really nice Staff friendly and work hard Room are cleaned daily and really clean Fresh towels and change of bed is regular Great check out service storage need 2 euro for locker and free use of shower bookable at reception Beautiful adult only pool too Location close to beach and local shops Supermarket just up road to right really friendly owners

Senra is amazing and the whole experience was 10 out of 10 the staff of friendly kind and I could not thank them enough for the attention they gave us the treatments were professional and it was one of the best experiences in spa that we have both had while abroad I would definitely recommend the Catherine hotel and the sunrise wellness experience

Amazing, relaxing friendly experience at the Senra spa. Staff were all so friendly and always made sure I was okay with the pressure of massage and always ensured I was comfortable. 100% recommend, it made my overall stay at this hotel worth it!
Nice trip!
Good service with a good barman Iraklis. He brings a good atmosphere. We got an upgrade for the rooms. Wifi is not excellent but it is free. The location is central based. The hotel is silent at night. The rooms were very clean. A perfect visit!
