Just finishing a 2 week break at I Resort; we've had a fabulous time and can highly recommend the hotel. Modern design of rooms, comfy beds, and we've enjoyed the wide variety of food on offer in our time here. Pools are fabulous (particularly the Infinity pool!); the beach is so close that you can touch it, and the sea is clear, blue, and beautiful. Always staff cleaning, so there is a very high level of cleanliness everywhere.
Yet, what pushes this hotel into excellence is the staff. They're friendly and efficient, from the warm welcome (with complementary lemonade!) to the service in the restaurants and bars. Particular shout out for Maria, who went the extra mile for us and always greeted us with a smile.
Maria from the bar made our stay at this hotel much more enjoyable. She’s incredible always smiling entice and always remembered our order. She shared our passion for animals and regardless of how busy the bar was she always remained professional and ensured everyone’s orders were spot on! Thank you Maria
Lovely service especially from Maria at the bar, lovely person. She is very kind and quick with service.
Our stay at the I Resort was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is beautiful, the facilities are modern and well maintained, and everything felt clean and relaxing. The food was delicious throughout our stay, with plenty of variety and great quality. We also really enjoyed the pool areas. they were always pleasant and never felt overcrowded, making it easy to relax.
However, the biggest reason why my experience was so amazing was the barista staff, especially Maria, who was usually working at the outdoor bar in the evenings.
Maria is genuinely one of the kindest bartenders I have ever met. She was always incredibly warm, welcoming, and friendly. She went out of her way to make every guest feel comfortable, always greeted us with a smile, and clearly put so much care into her work. She has such a positive and open personality that she made every evening even more enjoyable.
People like Maria are what truly make a vacation memorable. She is a real asset to the resort, and honestly, she is one of the main reasons I would choose to come back. Thank you, Maria, for making our stay so special!
Hotel wasn’t awful but would definitely not rate as a 5 star. 4 star the very most. Rooms were very modern, sea view was lovely and bed very comfy. Although sheets were changed daily the mini bar was not restocked daily and the coffee cups were not changed in 11 days. The other downside to the rooms is the wardrobe hanging space. Not enough room for 2 people for 2 weeks. We struggled with 11 nights. Not enough sunbeds around the pool although we managed to get sorted as we are early risers but the pool attendant moved towels even if you had just gone for breakfast. The barman from Salty came around to take drink orders throughout the day, If you wanted anything other than a sandwich or ice cream from salty you had to pay or go into the buffet restaurant for lunch. Salty was turned into the à la carte at night but never attended as it was a yet menu with limited choice. The hotel had its own sunbeds on the beach which for a five star resort were shocking. Information paper given on arrival stated pool towels could be changed between 10-2 pm and 4-6 pm. Went several times around 5 pm and they said it finished at 5 so wrong information provided. The food in the restaurant wasn’t bad for all inclusive but the desserts were not labelled so 3 of us could not eat as have peanut allergies. Just advised to not have any of them when I asked. The Restaurant Manager Elias was the rudest man I have met in my life. He said that the customer is never right and that tomorrow is another day with a smirk on his face. He should not be in the hospitality business at all. A disgrace. The other staff in the restaurant were lovely. On the whole we had a good holiday but would not return and would definitely only rate the hotel as a 4 star.
