I Resort Beach Hotel and Spa

Just come back after a week at I resort hotel, what amazing hotel all was good lovely food and drink the rooms were lovely but not much wardrobe space could be more, we had clean towel every day and are drinks were done when getting low, cleaning staff were very good and the restaurant staff all worked hard the hotel smells lovely beautiful flowers in reception so all well done hope to be back next year.

We're staying at this hotel the second time in a row for our wedding anniversary. It was very nice to know the staff remembered us and we received a very warm welcome :) Upon arrival we were informed that we got an upgraded room with a partial sea view (for the second time by the way :) ). The room was very nice and modern although there is not much space for storage it didn't bother us.

The pools: there are two spacious pools and there are enough sunbeds and umbrellas for all guests by the pools (some guests try to reserve sunbeds early though even if it's against hotel policy)

Sea: the beach is sandy, the sea has some rocks in some places but completely nice entrance if you make a few steps forward, the water is warm (we were lucky the weather was just perfect).

Food and drinks: there is a variety of food and it's of great quality (I'm a very picky eater, there was no such time I didn't find what to eat), sweets, fruit and drinks are perfect.

Animation: I'm not very much into animation programs, especially if it's karaoke, bingo or something similar (just not my thing), and usually it was too loud to the point it was challenging to communicate with the bar attending staff (I would be very happy if you addressed this issue, it would help the staff a lot).

The hotel is not suitable for guests with small kids since the hotel is not oriented to families with small children (no children entertainment), which didn't bother us since we're childfree but was a plus :)

Now the part I'm writing this review in first place - the staff. I'm not sure if I'm able to express enough the hospitality we received first and second time - we're the kind of people that we never get treated too badly in general, but the way these people made us feel is unbelievable - I haven't seen such quality of customer care in my life <3 The personnel was fabulous and very kind and caring, the way you feel it's genuine. :)

Although all the staff was friendly from restaurant to room service (which also was spotless all the time), there are a couple of people who stood out for me. GEORGIA (bartender) - giving the maximum possible everyday with a smile on her face no matter what, even if doesn't feel like it that day - I really appreciate it. MARIA (waitress at the main bar) - as many guests already mentioned, very professional, cheerful and amazing in general.

Value your people, they are the main reason we returned, they are the reason we will return again, because you can find another hotel with similar qualities, it's the feeling that cannot be replicated.
