Lovely hotel
This is a lovely family run hotel. Staff are so polite and helpful. Food is really nice. I personally loved all of the food. Rooms are very clean and housekeeping come every day except Sunday. Ex ellent location to walk to .alia, Hersonissis and int Stalis itself. Loads of places to eat, drink etc if you are just BnB. I will be back again for sure. Quiz and bingo are hillarious......

Lovely family run family hotel. Exceptionally clean
Really lovely clean hotel, friendly staff! Warm chilled out atmosphere.. Traditional Greek ambiance. Slightly dated, in the rooms, but extremely good value for money for a 3 star. Pretty gardens. Would definitely recommend. Be wary that theres a few steps to some of hotel rooms and no lifts. Especially for people that could struggle with these. Good location in-between Stalis and Malia. Plenty to see and do. You can walk to the beach, but it's about 25mins walk. Sralis main strip is 10mins away. Plenty of nice shops and lovely restaurants and bars. Would definitely come back..

AVERAGE STAY
There are good and bad points about this Hotel in our opinion.The rooms are dated and the air con wasnt very good at all.The mattresses are VERY firm.On the plus side the shower was hot throughout our stay.The wifi works well in the room and the towels are changed regularly.The room cleaning is very good.Reception staff and cleaners are very nice and the grounds are quite well maintained.The food in our opinion is average to say the least.There is a decent selection but some of it is greasy The bacon isnt as you get in England and the porridge was like water.The baked beans and mushrooms were good so we had these most mornings.The food at the bar at lunch time cant be faulted.Evening meals .... We ate out 7 nights out of 10 and when we did eat there the waiter serving drinks was Rude. When i said i would like to pay for my drinks by card.he puffed his cheeks and made us feel uncomfortable.It took 15 mins for us to finish eating what we had by which time our drinks still hadnt arrived so i politely said that we didnt need the drinks as we had finished.Again he huffed and said ive orderd them now and i said well that was 15 mins ago and we left.He was proberbly the rudest waiter i have met in my 20+ visits to Stalis. The pool areas are good.Dont try to play crazy golf or table tennis as the astro turf is all ripped on the crazy golf and the table tennis table is cracked and broken.Over all some areas of the hotel are in good condition while some need urgent updating.

Breakfast typically continental but just enough hot food to eat Dinner was very good, plenty of choice too. Room comfortable, shower was decent but over the narrow bath that awful nylon curtain was a nuisance. The room was at the side of a pathway & below it, not private at all. Staff were pretty good overall. Very quick to remove plates in restaurant. Watch out for the cats, there are 6 or 7 wanting food from you if you sit outside.

Stay at hotel
Whilst staying we booked breakfast and evening meal the breakfast was cold every morning. The evening meal didn’t have much variety chicken everyday also the food was cold too. Also staff were far too quickly taking your plates away.three is also too many cats around at meal times my partner was attacked by one of the cats
