Lovely hotel
Arrived back home Monday after 6 brilliant nights at this beautiful hotel. We were so lucky we dodged all the bad weather, every day was clear blue sky which always makes the holiday great. On our arrival we were upgraded to a see view room which was such a nice touch. Everything about this hotel is brilliant. It's so clean, the food was great and the staff cannot do enough for you. Nothing ever seemed to much trouble. Location has to be one of the best we have stayed in. On the beach and so close to all the restaurants and bars. We will be coming back 2028 for sure!

Gorgeous hotel, lovely staff
Staff were lovely, really pleasant place to stay and local to some very good food spots. 2 decent sized pools, as it was end of season when we went they were not heated anymore so they were pretty cold but manageable. Good food options from the bar menu, the only thing that could be improved on is the breakfast menu as breakfast was the same stuff everyday with no change, but still good options to choose from.
Best Experience In Crete
An absolutely flawless experience from start to finish. We recently stayed at Alai, Crete, a Tribute Portfolio Resort, and it exceeded our expectations in every department. The hospitality was amazing, the staff went above and beyond, and the resort facilities are stunning. We were equally impressed by the incredible quality of the food and drinks. Our only regret is that we couldn’t extend our stay for a whole month. We are already counting down the days until we can return.

Perfect hotel in stalis Crete
What a fabulous hotel, location was perfect , staff were super friendly especially Irene on the breakfast , bar staff are amazing and the restaurant staff were superb. Food is 5 star , the maids were so friendly and helpful and kept our room perfect , we had a seaview room 430 , beautiful view , excellent beach front with loads of sunbeds and 2 great pools , very accessible and right on the strip where you can find everything you didn't realise you needed special mention to Nadia who greeted every guest with a smile and warmth only the Cretans know too well.we will definitely be back soon and highly recommend this amazing beautiful hotel that has a great relaxing atmosphere and was great value for the money

Excellent central hotel
This hotel came highly recommended and it didn’t disappoint.Its in a great spot almost on the beach and in the centre of town. It’s very clean and the staff are very attentive . We had a lovely roomy ground floor room minutes from the restaurant , beach and pool . The breakfast was very good and orders were taken for freshly cooked eggs of your choice with various à la carte options too . I’d return in an instant
