Nautilux Rethymno

I stayed at this hotel with my best friend from May 13th to May 19th, and the only thing we truly regret is not booking a longer stay. From the very first moment until the day we left, everything exceeded our expectations in every possible way.

This is, without a doubt, a five-star hotel in every sense of the word, and those five stars are 100% deserved. The quality, attention to detail, modern design, and overall atmosphere are simply outstanding. Everything has been thoughtfully planned and perfectly executed. The rooms are incredibly spacious, beautifully designed, and exceptionally comfortable. The bathroom was stunning, modern, and luxurious. Cleanliness and hygiene were absolutely impeccable throughout the entire property. The cosmetics provided were excellent, and the lighting solutions were some of the best I have seen in any hotel.

The lounge areas are beautiful and elegant—a true oasis of peace and relaxation. Every corner of the hotel feels sophisticated, welcoming, and perfectly maintained.

A huge thank you to the entire staff, who deserve nothing less than a 10/10 rating. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, professional, kind, approachable, and always smiling. Their genuine hospitality made our stay even more special.

The pool area is fantastic, with plenty of space for everyone. Access to the beach is quick and convenient, and the cabanas and sunbeds are beautifully prepared and maintained. The entire outdoor area is visually stunning and creates a truly luxurious holiday atmosphere.

The food deserves special recognition. Quite simply, it was 10/10. The selection was enormous, and every single dish was delicious. I am a very demanding traveler and have stayed in many excellent hotels around the world, yet I can honestly say this hotel ranks among the very best. There was not a single meal that disappointed me.

Another great advantage is the location. The hotel is very close to the Old Town. Taxis are readily available right outside the hotel, and for those who enjoy walking, the beautiful promenade allows you to reach the Old Town in about 30 minutes.

This hotel has everything you could wish for: luxury, comfort, exceptional service, outstanding food, beautiful surroundings, and a perfect location. There is truly nothing I would change. Nothing to add, nothing to take away.

A beautiful hotel that I wholeheartedly recommend 100%. We will definitely be back.

Lovely hotel for adults and children over 12, however during our stay a large family group with 6 younger children including 2 babies arrived. I queried this with a floor manager when one of the babies was crying in the restaurant but my comments were dismissed, and the manager didn't feel she could ask for the baby to be removed. I still haven't had an explanation as to why this group was allowed to stay, which has prompted me to write this review. Not sure if they are truly an adults only hotel - it wasn't during our stay.

From start to finish our stay at Nautilux was amazing. Guest services, restaurant, pool service and a professional, friendly, staff who made you feel right at home. Services and attention to detail were 5 star ⭐️ and more. Nothing negative to say, great stay snd highly recommend when visiting Retymno, Crete.
