Mythos Suites Boutique Hotel is a charming Rethymnon City Hotel that is situated in the center of old Venetian town. Mythos Suites Hotel offers you accommodation in Crete, in spacious bright apartments tastefully decorated and placed around a flowery courtyard where a small sweet water swimming pool turns it into an ''OASIS'' of calmness. The accommodation features a total of 10 suites. A lovely courtyard with a small pool, where breakfast is served turns it into an Oasis in the center of the town. Restaurants, bars, and the beach are in 5min. walking distance. The front desk is not open 24 hours, the guest has to inform about the arrival time 2 days before arrival. Cars are not allowed in the old city, there is parking at 500 meters.

A taste of paradise in the heart of Rethymno
Before we arrived we thought we might struggle to find it, as Google maps shows that it's behind other buildings. We needn't have worried, as when you stand on the corner of Arcadiou and Manioudaki and look towards "Je t'aime bar" the entrance to the hotel is easily seen. Our wonderful experience commenced from the moment we entered. Greeted by Eirini, the daughter of the owners, we could not have been more warmly welcomed. Everything about our stay was beyond superb. From the tastefully renovated property that is an oasis of beauty and calm, the immaculate daily cleaning service of our very comfortable room, warm hospitality - nothing was too much trouble to the divine breakfast that was difficult to step away from (and I'm not usually a breakfast person!). I could go on. We will miss this little corner of paradise along with the delightful staff/friends and resident cat. Highly recommended.
Best hotel we ever stayed in
Without doubt, the best hotel my wife and I have ever stayed in, large or small. This family run hotel is ideally placed in Old Town within short walking distance of the beach and all that Old Town and the harbour has to offer. From the friendly greeting to the breakfasts (lot of variety) to the spotlessly clean rooms, this place cannot be faulted. Because of the location, you will be dropped by airport transfer nearby and if self driving, nearest car park is at same drop off point. However, it is about a 5 minute walk and flat. On departure they did offer to help with our cases but we did not need it so I assume if you call ahead and cannot manage, they will assist. Whilst we were there there were other couples who were repeat bookings. We could see why. This place will be fully booked very quickly.

A Perfect Stay in the Heart of Rethymno Old Town
Our stay at Mythos Boutique Hotel was simply amazing!
The location couldn’t be better – right in the heart of Rethymno’s Old Town, with restaurants, shops, and the beach all within a short walking distance.
The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The hotel and rooms were spotless, and the attention to cleanliness was exceptional.
We also loved the delicious breakfast, the lovely pool, and the beautiful design and atmosphere throughout the hotel. Every detail made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
We truly enjoyed every moment and would highly recommend Mythos Boutique Hotel to anyone visiting Rethymno. We would definitely stay here again!
Friendly well-appointed apartment
Greeted by our lovely hostess Eva who provided good advice and a level of interest in her guests that was well appreciated. We stayed in the 'residence', a 2-bedroom self-contained apartment that was well-appointed and private. The hotel is centrally located close to shops and restaurants/tavernas and is kept clean and tidy. The staff we dealt with were always friendly and courteous which made for a relaxing stay. I have no hesitation in recommending Mythos Suites Boutique Hotel to anyone travelling without a vehicle.
Beautiful hotel and amazing staff
Absolutely gorgeous stay in the heart of Rethymno. Eirini and all the staff are so welcoming and friendly, the breakfast is superb and the rooms are stunning. If you're lucky you'll make friends with Raki the cat!
