Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
George at the front desk was welcoming and helpful from our arrival to the day we departed so a very positive experience from moment we stepped into the hotel.
The pools was great, and even in late May it was warm enough to swim in; the complimentary pool towels were much appreciated.
The room was as pictured on the website. It was clean, spacious, and the balcony/terrace was a lovely space to sit out in.
The breakfast in the roof top dining area was great, particularly the food made and prepared in house. The lady doing the cooking/overstressing the kitchen was very welcoming, sadly I can’t remember her name. Apart from the food, the rooftop view whilst having breakfast was the perfect setting.
We would return here if we stayed in Rethymno again.
As soon as you enter, you are greeted by what permeates the hotel, friendliness and quality. The staff are consistently very professional and friendly. Clean and tidy and with a very nice pool area. The breakfast room on the fifth floor is probably one of the most beautiful ones with a view worth a visit just for that. The breakfast is also well cooked and the elderly woman who runs it gives clear instructions on, among other things, the cakes she baked herself. It is about 20 min walk down to the beach, a bit hilly but it is an advantage after a good dinner in the evening.
Very friendly staff who helped us with a few things at the end of a cycling tour. Lovely pool area which we used on our departure day. Well cooked home made options for breakfast. Very well looked after thank you.
We were able to park our car in front of the hotel and were upgraded to a lovely suite with a balcony and jacuzzi bath. Breakfast was wonderful and the kitchen chef took pride in explaining all the items on offer. There is a nice pool. It is a little far to reach the old town but there are taxis.
We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Rethymno. The entire property, from the furniture and bathroom to the amenities and overall design, is fresh, modern, and beautifully maintained. Our room was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and everything felt thoughtfully prepared.
The staff made our experience special. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and genuinely hospitable. A special thank you to Michail, who went above and beyond throughout our stay, always ready to help, offer local tips, and accommodate our needs with care. His recommendations for places to visit and eat were consistently spot on.
Breakfast was a highlight each morning, served on the rooftop with stunning views. The food was homemade, authentic, and delicious, thanks to Chef Yana, who greeted us daily with a smile and friendly conversation. Her warmth and cooking made us feel right at home.
