These newly built apartment blocks are situated in front of the sea, on a small side road, away from traffic noise and facing a long sandy beach in the Missiria area of Rethymno. This is an ideal place for couples and small families looking for comfort and relaxation. These apartments have their own swimming pool as well as a children's pool, completed by a pool bar surrounded by well-kept gardens. All its comfortable sea view studios and apartments are equipped with a kitchenette, fridge, kettle, coffee machine, safe, air condition, hairdryer and free WIFI. All the rooms have either a balcony or terrace.

A perfect experience
The apartments were very nice and renovated and the staff very pleasant and welcoming. It is a breath away from the sea as it is separated by only 5 steps. The perfect choice for our holiday. The rooms are spacious with all the amenities from pots and pans to kettles to make your coffee. The mattress and pillows are very comfortable. I recommend trying the cocktails in the bar as we loved them.

Lovely located apartments
I came across these apartments via the internet and booked direct. They were just what we were looking for. A small complex right on the beach with tavernas and supermarkets within easy reach. The only criticism we have is that the air con could have been more effective. This wouldn’t be a problem earlier or later in the season as it was very hot when we were there. There was a sliding metal shutter and mosquito net on the balcony doors. We had a studio on the top floor with a lovely side view of the pool and sea. There was plenty of equipment but no toaster which didn’t bother us. The pool was lovely and warm and not too deep and there was room to put sun loungers in the garden area where you could find shade under a palm tree if you didn’t want to sit by the pool. The bar had a lovely seating area right on the beach perfect to watch the sunset. There weren’t many English guests in the apartments nor the resort which made a nice change!

Nice place ”by the sea”
Very good location by the sea. Water sports and tavernas and markets near by, centre old town 3 km (beautiful to walk in sunset time but very easy with taxi 8-9€). Clean rooms and total area was beautiful. Maria❤️ and all personnel was so friendly.
Another enjoyable holiday here for our 6th time.
This was our 6th visit in September each year and this time we stayed for two weeks but stayed in a one bedroom apartment as all the studios were booked during the weeks we wanted to stay. It was spacious and we liked having the larger shower space. As usual greeted by Maria and Katrina who now have a young helper who was very pleasant and smiley. Lots of the returning guests here are Dutch. A total family environment so hugs all round when we arrive and depart. Apartment kept immaculate with clean towels every other day and bed linen changed regularly. As the apartments were built after the studio blocks, the apartments are further along, so you do not get such a good view of the pool garden area and the sea but they are all next to the beach and sea, so just a short stroll in reality. A bar cafe is situated next to the pool who also offer a waiter service to their nice beach sunbeds. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool and on the shady grassed area between beach and sea. They now offer six pack 1ltr water bottles from reception so you do not have to carry it from the supermarkets up the road. Lots of local restaurants within short walking distance but the traditional Greek tavernas offer the best value for money both for food and wine. Taxis are still 6 euros into town along the seafront where a number of up market restaurants are offering different cuisines across the board. Access to the beach road quite easy so the promenade beachside offers a good walk into old town. Looking forward to our return in 2025.

Fabulous week great apartments
Had a wonderful week in a studio apartment. We arrived around 1.30 am and the young man in the beach bar ( didn’t get his name ) was waiting for us carried our cases up to our room and asked us if we would like to have a drink from the beach bar before we went to bed which he had kept open for our arrival . The apartment was spotless the beds comfy beautiful view from the balcony . Maria was fabulous and katarina they worked so hard in immense heat , it reached 35 degrees when we were there ! The pool was lovely we always managed to get a sun bed . Lots of restaurants nearby we ate in 1+1 twice it’s fabulous amazing value for money , we had 2 mains half a litre of wine and water for 33 euros and they give you a complimentary shot of raki and a dessert , highly recommended. We also ate in the Greek taverna ( that’s its name ) again beautiful food and great value . There’s a bakery and lots of supermarkets 5 mins walk away . When head for the beach and turn left there is the promenade leading to the harbour and old town it is lined with restaurants and gift shops and supermarkets it only took us at the most 25 minutes to walk and 7 euro in a taxi . The old town is beautiful as is the harbour the bars and restaurants around the harbour benefit from a lovely breeze coming off the sea . We took a trip to spinalonga definitely worth it . Had a great week if I return to Crete I would definitely stay here again , Thankyou Maria and crew .
