Souda Airport is approximately 75 km from the spa complex and Nikos Kazantzakis Airport is around 80 km away.

The city hotel's architecture is typical of the old (Venetian) town of Rethymnon. The hotel consists of 86 guest rooms housed in 8 smaller buildings that are built next to each other with small narrow streets leading from one side of the hotel to the other. All buildings have 2 floors and none of them features lifts. Guests are welcomed in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services, and a hotel safe.
