Magical place
Superb experience, all over the hotel the staff are absolutely fabulous. From the beach team coming round with fruit mid afternoon to the reception and restaurant teams who can’t do enough for you. The gym is great and the spa-wow! I had the best back and shoulder massage ever from Elana, my aches melted away. The food is the best of any hotel we’ve stayed at, all over the world. We’ve found a gem of a hotel here and will be back! Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

The perfect family getaway in Crete
The location is stunning and there is entertainment every day. Rooms are modern and spacious, which was perfect for us as a family with young children.
The staff are friendly and make you feel welcome throughout your stay.
As a hardworking family, you really look forward to your holiday and hope to relax, enjoy your time together and not have to worry about anything. We have made some wonderful memories here as a family and enjoyed every moment of our holiday.
We will definitely be coming back!

Amazing hotel
This hotel has genuinely exceeded our expectations.
Rooms are clean and spacious. Staff are exceptionally friendly, welcoming and helpful.
We are also happy with the food. There is a great variety and the buffet offers a wide selection of dishes. The beautiful patio is a wonderful place to sit.
There is also so much for children to do and Luckily, we were able to see baby sea turtles hatch on the beach. The hotel cares about the welfare and protection of these animals, which was a wonderful experience and a big plus for us!
We would especially like to thank Ilias Damanakis for his wonderful hospitality and excellent service!
We are having a wonderful stay and will definitely return.

A fantastic holiday
We had an amazing experience at Grecotel Creta Palace! The August Full Moon Party was absolutely fantastic — a magical atmosphere, beautiful setting, great music and a truly unforgettable evening.
What made our stay even more special was the exceptional hospitality. The entire team was warm, attentive and genuinely welcoming, making us feel truly cared for throughout our stay.
A wonderful hotel with an incredible team — we can’t wait to return!
