BIO Suites Hotel was established in 1999 in the city of Rethymnon town. Located 10 – 15 minutes (on foot) from Rethymnon Old town and 70 meters from the sandy beach. Our dream is to make our guests feel at home and we have succeeded. More than 30% of our guests are coming every year and some of them even twice a year. Satisfied guests plus satisfied personnel mean unforgettable holidays. Our goal is the top quality provided to our guests, so be sure that your expectations will be met to the fullest extent in Bio Suites Hotel. Our block is composed of 146 fully equipped rooms with kitchen facilities, Kitchenette, refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker. Bathroom and bathroom amenities, hairdryer, slippers. Balcony (street or pool view), double glazed windows, satellite TV – LCD/Plasma TV Screen, Wi-Fi, safety box, direct dial phone. For people who are specialized in Gastronomy a restaurant is available. High-quality products are used by our Chef for the preparation of different meals every day. Special menu for children, gluten-free, lactose-free and vegetarian's meals are provided. At the bar you can find special cocktails, snacks, refreshments and much more choices in order to spend your day by the pool. Facilities like gym, conference hall, tour operator's room, library, spa services, luggage room, playground and lobby are available in the hotel. Relaxing spa
I came to get help with sore neck and shoulders. Massage was good and I got the help I was hoping for. The atmosphere was very relaxing. Thank you Eriini and Dina!
5 star experience from start to finish
We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Bio Suites Hotel. Everything was truly 5-star quality, from the food and rooms to the outstanding service provided by every member of staff. The rooms were comfortable, spotless, and well-maintained, while the food was consistently delicious with plenty of variety.
A special mention must go to the spa facilities, which were exceptional and added so much to our overall experience. Dinah provided outstanding service and made us feel welcome and completely relaxed from the moment we arrived. We also enjoyed a full-body deep tissue massage with Kosta and Effie, and it was one of the best spa treatments we’ve ever had. Their professionalism, skill, and attention to detail were incredible, leaving us feeling completely refreshed and rejuvenated.
Thank you to the entire team at Bio Suites Hotel for making our stay so memorable. We would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.
Lovely stay and experience
We had the best time and experience at the Bio Suites hotel, the service and the room was exceptional. The location was perfect, near to the beach and few minutes walk to the Rethymnon old town market. Easily accessible to shops and restaurants.
