we stayed in Minoa palace in July for our wedding Aniversary and it was a good choice as the hotel is well run with the staff the best i have met in any hotel. the cleaner who worked so hard Roula and Marios in Thelos restaurant and Antonia in Galazio restaurant for an amazing breakfast. I could name so many as they were all so nice and helpful the management should be proud and lucky to have such good staff . the location is very good at the end of the strip of shops restaurants and bars. the pool areas in the main hotel and also across the bridge to the beach are the biggest in the area of all the hotels i recomend this hotel highly and will definitly come back. if you are not sure about booking this hotel dont as you wont get better in the area . people who find fault with this hotel will probley find fault with every thing in life.

A perfect bit of Crete .
This hotel is incredible, the staff were very friendly and extremely polite and nothing was too much trouble. The location is perfect and just a few minutes stroll into a town packed full of bars and restaurants. The rooms are spotless and spacious and cleaned daily . I would highly recommend this hotel , it's perfect for couples and families and the facilities and pool areas are perfect .
Still one of the best resorts in this neighborhood
Overall atmosphere is elegant and staff is very friendly. Both pool area and beach are good, though the sand is more like rounded gravel. We used various restaurants that proved to be of excellent quality/price ratio, even buffets. The hotel area is big with 260 rooms but thanks to spacious pool area, we managed to get sun beds quite well both on beach and the pool (though it was July and slightly off-top- season).

Fabulous Hotel
We stayed at the Minoa Palace from 4th of July until 14th ,we arrived quite late after a delay ,we were greeted at reception by a very nice helpful member of staff who gave us refreshments and to our amazement we were upgraded to a room in the imperial part of the hotel We had booked a double room with private pool and garden view so we were really looking forward to this but the room we were given was wow ,large room ,tastefully decorated,with a huge bed ,very modern accessories but to top it off a fabulous pool with a large patio area with 2 sunbeds ,and patio furniture,it was fabulous It was a short walk in the morning to the Thalasa restaurant for breakfast where you were always greeted by polite staff who would show you to your table,the food was very nice with plenty of choice,the views having your breakfast were absolutely amazing ,only stayed bed and breakfast so couldn’t comment on any other meal times All the hotel was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean ,with stunning gardens and walkways,staff were all very helpful and polite and the housekeeping staff did a fabulous job Absolutely loved my time at Minoa Palace,would highly recommend and can’t wait to come back again next year ❤️

A perfect place to relax
Minoa Palace Resort always make you feel at home. The at atmosphere is relaxing from the first time you step inside and the staff always help you out to make sure you have the best experience you can. The hotel is clean and it’s always easy to find your way. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, with everything you need to have a great time. The location is perfect, if you like to explore, it’s very close to many great shops and beaches, and the hotel itself is beautiful and you can always find something to do.
