Amazing 5 * hotel
This hotel was amazing from start to finish The hotel does not allow reservations of sunbeds until 10.30 am towels will be removed if beds left unattended . Well done for seeing this through we could always get beds around the pool. There is 2 main pools the salt water pool tends to be adults small children however I do think that one of the pools should not have ball activity as adults like to chill with their friends and us off putting when we have bslls thrown around us Goodness lively the ala carte restaurants were the best out favouritewas the white and Asia White lobsteria was amazing just opened last Thursday . Book ala carted before going out as we did hotel Georgia Maria Thomas really made our holiday everything we asked the hotel dealt with . This hotel is amazingly clean . Well done to the team at Gretcotel Luxme for making our memories . We got upgrades on our room looking out to sea with walk in shower really beautiful room I would recommend this hotel will be returning

Fabulous Hotel
Beautiful hotel, cannot fault it. All the staff are wonderful so friendly and helpful, a special mention to Chrisanthi on reception , she really helped make our holiday special, Elpita , Mae and both Maria’s in the main bar, also Antonis at the pool who works really hard trying to ensure everyone has a sunbed . The grounds are beautifully kept and spotlessly clean. The food well just amazing and great quality cocktails. Each meal beautifully presented . Will definitely return .

From the moment we arrived , we were welcomed with genuine warmth and professionalism . The staff were always attentive and made every effort to ensure our stay was perfect. Their friendliness and dedication truly made a difference .
The General Manager Mr. Vardis is an exceptional leader who truly sets the standard for excellence. His professionalism, dedication, and genuine care for both guests and staff create a welcoming and positive atmosphere throughout the hotel. He is always approachable, attentive to every detail, and committed to ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience. His leadership inspires the entire team to deliver outstanding service every day. It has been a pleasure to experience such high standards of hospitality under his guidance.
Perfect..
This was a perfect escape, the actual hotel is super clean, attractive, the staff are absolutely incredible. nothing is too much trouble and always delivered with a smile, Daniella who supported around the pool and at the Asian, Katia from Fic d'india, the reception manager who was always ready to support and help. The restaurants offered a wide choice and were easy to book. we were fortunate to be able to book into Lobsteria which opened on 1st July- it was worth it!! I have a gluten intolerance- absolutely not an issue- every restaurant had a separate menu- plus were always trying to adapt any thing they could, they also offered to cook any request. The sunbed policy is wonderful nothing can be reserved and left before 10-30!!!! how refreshing.....Drinks were served beautifully, great choice of wines. this is the second Grecotel we have stayed in and is definitely the best so far....thank you for a wonderful 10 days,,,
