You can’t beat - Outstanding
I have in my 75 year’s traveled the world and stayed in some of the smartest hotels however as a Hilton Silver member I booked this hotel on chance in order to connect with another commitment and from an early arrival I have never been treated better, it takes team effort to achieve this level of excellence- I know I built a company with over 200 staff so you recruitment process is first class your staff a a credit to you your front of house manager is the very best , your accommodation and food offering is of the very highest standard and the room I received with a shared pool with a sea view- outstanding Thank you and I will be back - a wonderful stay

Our stay at The Royal Senses was nothing short of outstanding. One of the highlights of our stay was the world-class spa. The facilities are exceptional, creating the perfect environment for relaxation and rejuvenation. The treatments, service, and attention to detail rival some of the best luxury spas we have experienced anywhere in the world. What truly sets The Royal Senses apart, however, is its exceptional staff. Their genuine hospitality made us feel valued throughout our stay. We leave with wonderful memories and look forward to returning in the future.

Excellent stay
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is located in a very quiet and peaceful area, yet it is conveniently close to the main road. Every room has a beautiful sea view, and the way the hotel has been designed and built is quite unique compared with other hotels.
The rooms and bathrooms are very spacious and well maintained. Our room was cleaned early every morning, which was very convenient.
The reception, bar and dining staff were all excellent. Every morning, the dining-area staff welcomed us warmly and spoke to us in a friendly manner. Special thanks to Smaragda, Eyeliner and Alexandra for their kindness and hospitality. Everyone was very friendly, pleasant and welcoming. They were also knowledgeable, helpful and always happy to assist.
I would definitely recommend this hotel, and I would suggest booking the half-board option. There isn’t much nearby for breakfast or dinner, so having meals at the hotel is very convenient.
I would also recommend hiring a car, as it makes travelling from the airport and exploring the different towns and beautiful beaches much easier.
Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would happily return In 2027.

We loved everything about this hotel!
We loved everything about this hotel! The location - short drive to lots of beautiful areas in Crete, restaurants, beaches etc. The breakfast was 10/10, including gluten-free options. Room was spacious and clean. Kids club was nice, although the activities could be improved a bit. Highly recommended!
Amazing Resort
We stayed at The Royal Senses Resort for 4 nights to relax and unwind. From the moment we arrived (late and tired in the evening) we were looked after very well by the welcoming team at reception. We were made to feel very comfortable, and we were brought through the highlights of this amazing resort... This resort is built into the hillside with spacious and modern rooms with fantastic views of the sea and grounds.
The main breakfast and dinner area was filled with fresh and delightful food every day in a buffet style. The restaurant team really worked hard but had the time and personality to engage with us every time we entered. We have noted from the many hotels we have stayed in, the different types of friendliness – from “hotel” friendliness to “trained” friendliness but we were treated by genuine friendliness by all the teams throughout the resort. Housekeeping was flawless with our room spotless with a nice touch of luxury scent added everyday. The pool area is really beautiful with 2 long pools to swim in, the sun lounger at the pool area are fitted with a quite deep and comfortable cushions and each pair of sun loungers has its own call service button for providing food and drink to you as required – the perfect spot to unwind..
We had a late flight home with checkout at 11:00 am. The resort provided a lovely shower and changing area and we had full access to all the amenities until we left. We were sorry to leave this wonderful resort and have no qualms in recommending this amazing resort.
