Great hotel with Gluten-Free Option
We stayed at the hotel as a family of four, including one child with celiac disease who must follow a strict gluten-free diet.
The hotel staff were absolutely wonderful, and especially Sheila, who was incredibly kind, caring, and helpful throughout our entire stay. There was gluten-free food available at the hotel, and Sheila went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. She was always available to us and made sure that our child received additional special gluten-free dishes at every meal, as well as between meals whenever needed. Her care and attention made us feel very comfortable and truly looked after. It was wonderful!
We also really enjoyed the hotel in general — the facilities, the water park, and all the activities. Everything was well maintained, clean, and in very good condition!

Manos from guest relations was the best. He was so nice for us from the first day. And so on all the rest of the stuff were just great. Thank you for everything.
Warning
Warning: we booked the hotel 10 months in advance, but upon check-in, we were told the hotel was overbooked. We were placed in an temporarily room. After four hours of discussions with management, we were given a different room, with the understanding that we could switch to the one we had originally booked the following day. It feels like the hotel has a systematic practice of misleading its guests.

Great family resort
Very nice experience at the resort. The food/drinks and the staff (Eleni and many more) in the restaurants and bars professional and super friendly and serviceminded. There are many kids and families and this makes the atmosphere vibrant and a bit busy some times but that is to be expected in a family resort. Rooms, common areas, bathrooms etc. are clean and tidy. Pools and beach not too crowded. All in all we had a lovely stay (8 days in Sep). Only good recommendations from me 🌴.
