Our stay at Grecotel was made truly special by the wonderful team who looked after us. A huge thank you to Sheila for organising and coordinating everything. She genuinely wanted us to have the best experience possible. Despite a minor glitch on the first night, she went above and beyond throughout our stay — every single day she checked up on us to make sure we were okay and ensured we had the best food experience given our dietary requirements. She coordinated with all the staff and every restaurant to make sure they were able to make everything work for us. If you’re a family travelling with dietary requirements, Sheila is your go-to person to make it all happen. Thank you to Anastasia, Nadia, Georgia, Reina and Giorgos, who made sure all of our meals were delivered properly and on time, kept wonderful communication with us throughout, and were so kind and helpful with our daughter, who has special needs. Their patience and care meant the world to us. A special mention for Maggie at the coffee shop, and for Bobby at the reception bar, who was absolutely fantastic — always helpful, kind and welcoming. It was a genuine pleasure seeing him every evening. Every one of them went above and beyond, always meeting us with warmth and a smile. It’s the people who make a place, and this team made our stay unforgettable. We can’t wait to return.

Great resort for families, beautiful view, welcoming staff and really worth the all inclusive. Plenty of food for every taste. Loved it, really recommend it! The rooms could use some upgrading and at the restaurant the air conditioning is not cool enough but otherwise nothing to complain about.
