Sirens beach hotel & village is situated 30 km east from the international airport of Heraklion, in Malia,just on a beautiful sandy beach. It has a central location between Agios Nikolaos and Heraklion.
The hotel has an ideal spot for excursions throughout the whole Island, as well as sightseeing in the area of Malia. The hotel features beautiful gardens, 3 swimming pools and one children's pool. There is also a poolside restaurant, 4 beach/pool bars, a Greek "Kafenion" and a children's playground. Moreover a lobby bar, TV room, boutique and a mini market, fitness room (with Cybex equipment).
All rooms are fully equipped with private bath, satellite T.V., music programs, air conditioning, refrigerator, hairdryers, telephone with direct line and a veranda or balcony.
2 tennis courts with floodlights, mini golf, ping-pong, beach volley and of course water sports.

Great Experience
The Location is beautiful, the Beach and Pools are nice and the gym and spa also. The Massage from Heleni was great
Rude unhelpful staff. Not happy with my trip.
Don’t come if you’re British. They hate us. At arrival, staff immediately assumed we were trouble and treated us like we were criminals which carried on for the whole duration of the holiday. Rude stares, unhelpful, i asked a question about where to get water as they had told me on the first day that they restocked the fridge with water and the receptionist asked if i was making a complaint when i was asking a simple question. On arrival no one told us anything about food times, where to find anything, where to get towels or that we had the option to eat at the Italian buffet next door one evening. I was told by the kind chef who worked there instead. Very disappointed as me and my friends saved a lot of money to stay here. The only positives were the rooms were nice and clean and the pool and beach were very nice. Overall would never stay here again as it doesn’t cost a lot to be kind and helpful to paying customers. I have never ever been treated so rudely by hotel staff.

Great animation programm
We had an excellent experience during our two-week holiday. The hotel has a great location, a beautiful beach, and excellent facilities.
A special compliment goes to the wide variety of entertainment and activities offered, as well as to the entire animation team, whose enthusiasm and dedication played a major role in making our stay so enjoyable.
