The hotel is situated 32 km east of Heraklion airport between Malia and Stalida. Just 200 m from the entrance is one of Crete's most beautiful beaches. There is a bus station 150 m from the hotel, where there are buses going to Heraklion and Agios Nikolaos. Malia Town is 1 km away, Hersonissos is 8 km away, Heraklion is 35 km away and Agios Nikolaos is 25 km from the hotel.
The hotel consists of a main building and 6 bungalow buildings spread throughout the lush gardens, and has 134 rooms altogether. The main building features a friendly reception area, an elegant lobby, a dining room with a veranda overlooking the pool and a main bar. In addition, there are 2 lifts, and a free parking lot for guests, along with a children's playground and a small supermarket.
Guests can choose between a room in the main building or a bungalow. In the main building guests can enjoy the magnificent view of the pool and the Mediterranean sea, whereas in the bungalows guests are able to take advantage of the privacy, the peacefulness and the traditional architecture. All rooms (22-25m² in size) have been recently renovated and tastefully decorated, and include a WC/bath, balcony or terrace, satellite TV-radio (18 channels), individual air conditioning, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, telephone in the bathroom, fridge and safe deposit box. Family suites (38m² in size), accommodating up to 5 persons, are very elegant and modern, with 2 separate bedrooms and a large bathroom and also offer exactly the same amenities as the double rooms.

Thank You Kyknos Beach
Our 8th year in this beautiful hotel! The weather this year was something we had ever experienced before but it didn’t prevent us from having an amazing time. We always enjoy the food here but feel this year the choice and quality has been elevated. The choice at each meal is amazing and there is something to suit every taste. The à la carte this year was on another level. The Mediterranean/BBQ night, yet again, is a night not to be missed.
I had a full body massage, leg and foot massage and a head and back massage with Sofia at the hotel spa and came out of each session feeling totally relaxed so this is a must if you visit the hotel.
What makes this hotel special for us are the people who work here, including the cleaners/pool man/waiters/and bar staff who we now call our friends. The bedrooms are spotless and linen/towels are changed daily. A special mention must go to the Guest Ambassador Nasos who we now count as one of our dearest friends. He is the most helpful person who you can rely on if you need any help.
We always refer to this hotel as our happy place, not only because Crete is a beautiful island, but also because of the reasons given above.

Great deep tissue massage
Everything was very Professional. The table was very Clean, the Masseuse Sophia was very Kind and careful and managed to Release the knots i had in my traps with a deep tissue massage. Overall very good

A wonderful holiday, lovely accommodation, great food and drinks and the entertainment was fun too. Better suited if you want a chilled sort of vibe, relaxing in a wonderful environment. The most wonderful team member was Naxos, Nassos ? the concierge, he is just phenomenal ! The hotel would not be the same without him, he is good fun, there is nothing he wouldn’t do to help, he has a fabulous sense of humour ! Because of him, we will come back. Well. What can I say to do justice to this incredible hotel?
We arrived late, well after the kitchen had closed . My husband and I were greeted by a kindly receptionist and given a plate of delicious cold cuts and salad that had been very thoughtfully put aside for us.
The hotel is beautiful. Very pleasing to the eye. The staff can't do enough for you, they are very efficient and friendly.
The food here isn't 4 star. I'd say more like 5 star. The choice is amazing and every day is different. Lots of local dishes and lovely greek traditional food.
The bar staff are happy and always welcoming. A fab selection of different alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks, lots of cocktails too.
Nosos is the guest ambassador here at the hotel and what a nice chap.
It was our wedding anniversary whilst we were here and unbeknownst to us he arranged for a lovely little cake to be made for us and brought to our table along with a showering of red rose petals. It was absolutely brilliant.
I can't recommend this hotel highly enough.
If you want a stress free, chill out place with outstanding food and staff that really are happy to help, then this is the spot for you.
A Great Hotel and Holiday. 5 Stars from us!
What a wonderful hotel. The hotel itself is aesthetically pleasing and well maintained. The staff have been very friendly and nice. We arrived quite late due to a flight delay but on our arrival we were greeted and offered food and drink even though the bar and restaurant was closed which was a really nice touch. Talking of food and drinks, the all inclusive buffet food has been some of the best all inclusive food we have had. Lots of choice and lots of local food. All nice and fresh with a good selection of drinks to go with it! The a la carte restaurant is also nice with a good selection of food and some local Cretan wines available (extra charge for the wines). We chose to have our wedding anniversary dinner here and were given a cake which was really nice (and showered with rose petals, which was a lovely thoughtful touch!) Nosos the hotel guest ambassador does a great job looking after all the guests and is very friendly. In fact I only mentioned that we wanted to book the a la carte for our anniversary dinner a couple of days before and he sorted out the extra cake (Thank you!) All-in-all a wonderful hotel and experience!
